clean environment yes but it t suppose to be when the only job is to wipe things down..my experience was horrible went in on Indian school location ..bought new card added 30$ added my 5 loads and soap only for the machine system to have communication failure. It's sad to see how poor customer service morning person don't speak English which makes it hard to communicate. Besides I've washed my clothes in a small washer 20 Lbs with 3 tide pods washer didn't rinse properly and had a lot foam.I was told to add fabric softener by staff I don't use for allergic reaction.The prior young lady staff would refund our machines.I went in the afternoon and guy refuse to refund and not helpful at all I called the 800 service number and that person was rude. It's sad that young lady ain't there no more with a management like that for a young lady I'm a 70 year old and she had the patience to help since I have disability. read more

The story of my life.. Of the 12 yrs i have lived here.. I have used Sun Town laundry for 10 yrs for all my dry cleaning and laundry purpose.. They have done a decent job mostly, except the very few times they have messed up a print on my dress or got some color smudged, may be like 4-5 such minor incidents in these years. This is a family run place and the minute you confront them they get defensive instead of apologizing for their carelessness. Not only to me, this has happened to several folks among our group of friends. I had it 2 months ago when they lost 4 pieces of our clothes. I didnt pay the waiter in the shop hoping the owner would call me, but NO. Meanwhile during a festival of last yr, My friend found a cleaners on Yelp, by i17 and bell rd.. She and i used them for doing our Indian traditional clothes and such and they never spoiled any of the glitter on our clothes, they did the job very well. The place my friend found on yelp is really cheap compared to Sun Town Laundry, very clean, very organized. Their billing is computerized and they have fixed rates for everything. Don't go here. It's dirty the people are rude and there is a very high chance that they will ruin your items. They clearly do not have the right machines to do the job. Save your money. This place is the worst. Update: since Suntown dry cleaners ruined my dress a month ago I have been calling and stopping by to get a refund for the damage they did to my dress. The manager won't return my calls and when I stop in the girl at the front desk plays clueless, and says she is not sure where her manager is. She also told me she doesn't have his phone number. This place is a disgrace. I don't think I have ever had worse service in my life. read more

They were fantastic! Got stranded in Phoenix on Saturday and needed to have clothes ready by Monday morning to wear to work. All other dry cleaners in the area were not able to clean clothes on a Saturday. The owner here said he could clean one outfit that day and then get me the rest on Monday, which would have been amazing by itself. But instead, he did all of my clothes (4 outfits) on Saturday, and then, when he thought I wasn't going to arrive to pick them up before he closed (knowing that I would need them to wear Monday morning), he drove to my hotel to drop them off. I've been going to Suntown Laundry & Dry Cleaning now for over 4 years. I drop off my dry cleaning once a week and I really appreciate their service. They have a drive-thru which is super convenient. But more than that, their prices are very fair and they have always done an excellent job with all my dry cleaning needs, and they've done plenty of rush orders for me as well. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful.
