I arrived 10 minutes before closing time without knowing their schedule. However, the employee at the front desk was nice and did not rush me. She answered most of the questions I asked and took my coat. I had a long coat to get cleaned, and I came to pick it up after two days, which I think is fast service. The coat was cleaner than when I dropped it off; however, they did not remove the pet hair. When I asked if anything else could be done, the employee kindly took the coat again and said she would ask for a redo, focusing on the pet hair. I was not charged extra, and I came back within two days to pick it up. There are still a few hairs, but it was a much better improvement from the time I dropped it off. I recommend this place. My service was $15, but I'm not sure if that is a good price because I'm not sure how much work a "dry clean" entails. Nonetheless, I'm glad I didn't have to pay much money on my new "vintage" clothing. read more

My husband and I have used Frontier Cleaners for years because they were close and always speedy with their service, and after picking up our clothes today I can 100% say we will never use another cleaner but them! My husband had me drop off a suit to be cleaned that he hasn't worn in probably 2 years, and so I didn't even think about checking his pockets before dropping it off. When I picked up his suit today, there was a tiny bag stapled to the front of the dry cleaning bag. When we opened it tonight when we packed his suit for a trip this weekend, what was in the bag but $8 that apparently was in one of his pockets!! We never even knew we were missing the money, so a less reputable cleaner could've pocketed it or said it got "shredded" in the dry cleaning process if we had even known to ask about it. But not Frontier Cleaners!! They took the time to check the garment and return $8 to us. Their ethics in that action speak for themselves. read more

I have been going to Frontier Cleaners for several years. I recently discovered they have raised their prices considerably. My husband dropped of my cleaning and paid an extremely high amount of money not knowing the prices had been raised. When I picked up my order I spoke to the owner who admitted they did not inform their customers of their price increase thereby making it the customers responsibility to determine if they wanted to pay for service AFTER their order was rung up. The manager claimed that other businesses don't advertise raised prices either and she went on to say that fighting closure of the store, inflation and improving the quality of service were among the reasons why the prices were raised. I explained that I could not afford their prices and would have looked elsewhere before paying such a high amount for what little clothing I was picking up. The manager said only that she was sorry to loose me as a customer but she made no effort to keep me either. While she certainly has the right to raise prices, I feel that intentionally keeping information from customers is not good service and I will definitely be looking elsewhere for service. read more

They started out as 99 cent cleaners. Their work was OK, never really better, but it was cheap. Now they charge 19 dollars to dry clean a suit. Its a rip off and taking advantage of old customers. Their quality is no better and their equipment may be newer but it is not worth the price we pay. I will never go there again. Trust me when I tell you there are other places and they are cheaper and will do great work. They will treat you with respect and not just care about money. Do not be fooled by them responding to this write up. Their quality is terrible and it does not matter if the equipment is new. As for the training of their people same low quality service of the past. They may be trained better but the quality is bad. Like I said not to long ago I paid 8 dollars to have a suit done here. The creases where always off a little but the suit was clean and the pressing so so. Now I payed 19 dollars and it was only the same as before. Quality dry cleaners do quality work and they treat you nice. They also never miscount things and they make things right. Here no way. I'm telling you don't be fooled by these new owners all they care about is money. If their staff cant count how can they be better trained? I used this place over the past 20 years over 50 times and never had anyone miscount anything until the new owners took over. The sad part is not only did I have to pay for the miscount they already did the work. No phone call nothing just full price bill. Its the price if you get anything out of my point here its the price. You go from 99 cents to 19 dollars. How is this possible. It's not just the worst dry cleaners ever. They are a embarrassment to the neighborhood. Look for other places they are out there you will save time and money. If you don't care that's fine just hold these so called highly trained cleaners accountable for their mistakes and believe me you will have a bunch of them. One Saturday morning I realized I HAD to get something cleaned and I needed it by Monday morning. I called around and most people said they couldn't get it back to me the same day because it was too late in the day. It was 8:30AM. I kept researching and came across frontier. By this time it was about an hour later. I called and said I really need something dry cleaned and pressed TODAY! They said get here in the next 15 mins and we'll take care of you. What a relief! When I got there was the icing on the cake. Most items you can get dry cleaned for less than $3 each. Seriously?! WARNING DON'T USE THIS AWFUL DRY CLEANER- If you love your clothes and your quilt for your bed don't use this very unprofessional, inept dry cleaners. My quilt that was hand made for my husband now I have to iron it becuase it's all creased, puckered and, it's faded. I brought in a navy blue, cotton balero sweater and it now has spots all over it and when they put it on the hanger they put it on crooked and it has bumps sticking out. I now have to try to get out the spots, hand wash it and iron it myself. My laundered white linen blouse came back all wrinkled, so I have to iron myself, and my black dress pants now have shinny iron marks all over them. I have taken my clothes here before and I wasn't very statisfied then. The problem is there is no good dry cleaner in Glendale or Peoria. Monte Vista is just as bad and all the rest are so expensive I could buy a new clothing item instead of having it dry cleaned. With all this wonderful redo work I'm stuck with I have to manage to do it myself with a torn rotator cuff. read more

I Just got home from picking up a jacket I had cleaned. There was a spot in front when I brought it in. They didn't get it out. We have gone to these cleaners since they very first opened years ago. The customer service, quality of work and prices were amazing. Over the last nine months the prices along with service has greatly declined. You drop off clothes on a Friday and they aren't ready until the following Wednesday or Thursday - HORRIBLE. Terrible!! Ben going here for years, will never go back again. Brought approx 15 shirts to be dry cleaned because I need for a trip on Monday. Went to pick them up, and she hands me back the tickets and says they won't be done until Monday. I showed her the ticket and she said they are wrong. She claimed they can't change the computer to the right date for pick up, and that we should have been notified when we dropped them off. We asked her if it would be too difficult for them to cross off the date on the ticket and write the proper date in. I could have brought my shirts elsewhere had I known. Highly recommend for quality and customer service. Recently they totally hooked me up. I got a couple dress shirts pressed and cleaned for a Vegas trip. However I forgot to pick my shirts up during normal business hours. I sent them a message through Facebook and they got back to me right away. I have brought in countless items and almost all have come back the same or in a worse condition, which makes me really sad because I kept giving Frontier business despite their work. I paid $150 to have my wedding dress cleaned but the bottom was still dirty. I brought in my husband's shirt with a few marks, and it was returned with more marks. Brought in pants to get cleaned and to get two buttons sewn back on, and was told to come back in 3 days. it was not done in 3 days. Came back on five different occasions to pick up my pants in a span of 4 weeks and each time it wasn't done. Also, they lost my original buttons, and couldn't offer a refund unless I talk to the mysterious manager that never seems to be around. This was also the first time of my adult life that I had to asked to "speak with the manager" (of course he wasn't there), so I just gave up, took the pants and left. No point in making a scene since it was only kids working the place. read more

I received a coupon recently for Frontier Cleaners, so I decided to give them a try since my cleaners shut down. When I picked up my cleaning, I saw what I thought were some black spots on one of my sweaters. . . It turned out to be several small holes!!! I have worn the sweater once!! I took it back in and showed one of the attendants and he said he would let the manager know & that the manager would get back to me in a couple of days. Well, it's been a couple of weeks and still no call. I even called back a second time to see if my incident had been reported to the manager. Regardless of the outcome of this incident we won't be back. What a wonderful surprise! I'm in town for my nephew's ASU graduation / USAF commissioning ceremony and my new dress took the wrinkle grenade on the drive out. Weird fact - my parents don't own a working iron? Frontier Cleaners to the rescue. They said they could press my dress same day.
