Nowhere in the fine print of the deal did it specify that it could only be used for this service. In addition, this place was a little ghetto in my opinion. Numerous washers and dryers.Came on a Sunday evening and was pleasantly surprised to find many available washers. Washers are priced by size from single load to industrial to fit that comforter I needed cleaned. The girl working the counter was chatting on the phone and immediately stopped the call to address me when I walked up to the counter. She gladly gave me change for my 20 when I realized I did not have enough small bills for the change machine. Clean. customers seem to respect each others space. I always come here to wash all my dog's stuff; blankets, beds, toys, towels, etc. This way I don't clog my own washer and dryer with dog hair. The machines here do a great job of cleaning everything fresh. You get a 30 minute drying session for free if you check in on Yelp. So I need to put in two corrections for my review. First my husband informed me that we paid $6.75 for that washer. Not 3.75. Ironically it was the exact same model of washer that we used at spin cycle with the exact same load with the comforter in it. We had to go there to wash the soap out of the load and complete what we started for $6.75 and that machine worked fine because there was actually water flowing into it. Amazing the difference that can make. All we wanted was for your female manager to either stop the machine so we could move to another one that worked. But your narrative about the comforter is more important to you than a happy customer. read more

I use only the wash and fold service here and it has been perfect. They have the best prices in the area, and even give you a discount for bringing back hangers. Laundry is usually done the same day, and according to my specifications (low temperature, non-crease fold on pants, etc). They also use Belly, so I will get a little reward after using them regularly. Convenient location, always in and out in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend. read more

This place is clean. I love how they have lots of seats so you can sit around the store. They have games, TVs, vending machine, and a person on duty so if you run into trouble there is help! $3,4,6 washing machines base off the size you are lookin for. Drying is .25 for 8 minutes and $1 for 32 minutes. Typical pricing, would definitely recommend this place if you need a washateria around west gate. read more

This place sucks for hospitality!! My dryer broke so I had wet laundry. This place said they were open until 11pm so I got here ten minutes after 10pm. There were plenty of dryers available. It's common knowledge that it wouldn't take but 30-40 minutes to dry laundry. The woman at the desk turned me away saying that the last load is no later than 10pm. Even after explaining the all I needed was to dry and that it would be done before closing time she still said no. Thanks a lot! They don't even deserve one star. read more

Been coming here for years, always been happy, but due to an experience I just had, will now go to the competition. Packing for trip, dryer broken, had one small basket of clothes to dry. Arrived 3-4 minutes before 10pm, male attendant refused to let me in. Explained it was just drying. Wall clock in laundry clearly showed it was not yet 10:00. All he could say was, "We're closed". Hate to change, but after being treated this way, WILL NEVER GO BACK. Will use laundry at Wm. Cannon and Manchaca from now on. read more

You take your card to one of the nice people at the desk and they'll give you quarters in exchange. It's clean and not too crowded and parking is easy.
