We had the hitch, but not the necessary lighting required for a trailer rental. Although we had an appointment to install the lighting at a Richmond location of the trailer rental company--at considerable cost-- while stopping to visit friends, we were told the kit was not available and could not be located at any other store along the 95 corridor at this venue, but we would most likely get lucky if we made various stops at their locations along the way. We called Southside Hitch the next morning, hoping that they would be able to help, but figured we would pay for our lack of planning. We were told to come on out, they were sure they could accommodate us! And they did! Within 30 minutes, we had a lighting kit installed at a fraction of the cost of the quote from the trailer rental company.
