I love the Early Bird and Night Owl Special where you get the premium wash for 12 bucks, thats 10 dollars off the regular price of 22.00, valid the 1st and last hour of every business day. Free Vacuums with plenty of drying towels the air nozzle for those cracks, and crevices really makes a difference. Bait and switch. I received a code for a free $12 wash after getting my oil changed. When I went to use it, it wouldn't work. A worker came over,and I told him it wasn't working. He rudely said it was only good for the $7 wash. I showed him the slip that said free $12 wash. He could only repeat $7 dollar wash and wasn't polite about it. Love it here. There is always towells available. Spray for your windows. However the bottles could be better. I love how they have thr air compressor to blow out the water from in-between the trim. All theyre vacuumes work lol. And that guy on the weekends Jose is awsome. He's always helpful with anything we need and even helps with tires. Glad to see they have a Hispanic employee. The manager in the office and the cones blocking the entrance to the car wash the manager treating people very bad and during the time this place was Tony's car wash it was just 100% perfect today. This place is shady and people need to be cautious. I got a coupon when I moved in the area for a discount on an oil change. A while after the change my oil started leaking. I didn't want to mess with it so I took it to the Subaru dealership to diagnose and apparently the only issue was that the previous people (Quiks) didn't do it correctly. So I paid to have the oil changed as I normally do at Subaru. It wasn't a discount but an extra expense for a poor job. Now the second part is what made me write this review. The guy working there when I had the oil change done said to keep the coupon bc it doesn't really expire and they don't care. Cool sounds like nice customer service so I came back for my state inspection a few months later. While waiting the guy helping some other said the same thing that they can keep the coupon and use it again. Then when it was my turn I presented the coupon and the lady look super close at it for a long time and said they came accept if bc it's an old coupon. I told her the guy working her told me it would be accepted which is the only reason I came here for this. Doesn't matter, it's an old coupon. I was tricked into giving business to a place that messed up oil change. I feel so scammed it's sad. If you are going to be lenient about the coupons then at least make sure all your staff are on the same page about it. I am never bringing me business here again. read more

** Quik's in Watuaga, my mother lives in N Richland Hill RIPOFF ALERT!!! They are a zero star facility that NEEDS to be out-of-business! This place used to be Tony's-- Tony's WE MISS YOU!!!! Let me preface my experience by stating my father owned his own business so I know the tight profit margin, the employee issues, the state requirements businesses have to keep up with and lots of other headaches- I choose to support small businesses when I can. Manager and employee cheerfully met me at machine to explain different washes and offer monthly service- and that was all that was good. I have receipt of $22 extreme clean and took pics immediately after- not only was bug gunk and bird poo on both side mirrors, hood, grill and roof but I had scratches and swirl marks all over my brand new 2022 Civic :( Since my father had owned his own business, I started with 'how can you fix this?' and they actually blamed me for not going to de-bug station (that they didn't mention before the wash and that was adjacent to oil station building so I had no idea it was part of car wash). The same manager and employee came over to my car (as I was snapping pics) and over and over stated they don't see anything and/or they remember seeing those scratches while a third popped in to laugh mockingly at me then one by one they left after I declined their only offer to go through car wash again (which would scratch it up all over again). They repeatedly stated brushes don't scratch cars and asked either how can a soft brush scratch -or- how did I not see it when they did see that damage? The employee who was helpful when I was selecting a wash now returned and offered to detail my car, as that was his side hustle and he'd make sure the car wash paid him. During our conversation he played good cop/bad cop routine and it angered him when I pointed this out. He then told me he was off the the clock and was helping me to be nice- which is a lie and is illegal for hourly employees but I did not point this out. He started to fill out a form and I took a pic of it which further angered him and he left. I had stated they had to fix all the damage and actually clean my car. Late that evening I received a phone call from owner (supposedly) who offered nothing but a free car wash-- I told him about my experience and he kept impatiently interjecting and said he can't help me. SO- I had a friend detail the exterior back to brand new and I'm out $150. I told owner they owed me $250 as I was including my wasted time at their wash and the hours taken during actual professional detail that I received cheap. Tony's was AMAZING!!!! Quicks, HORRIBLE!!! After going through Tony's carwash for a couple of months, and a couple times a month getting the most expensive wash they had, the "Showroom Quality & Shine" wash, (which also Repels Dust), AND after trying a Newer Carwash Further Down Basswood near Beach St., I decided For the 1st time in my life, it would be worth it for me to get a carwash membership with Tony's because the wash actually CLEANED my car without any residue and my car STAYED Clean for at Least a couple weeks which was important to me because I live out in the country where it's rather dusty. Anyhow, the last couple of times I went through the wash, I did notice the Tony's car wash sign wasn't up. Being there was nothing up saying why, I just assumed they must be getting a new sign or something. But, I quickly noticed a few things were a little off. 1st of all, (Not that This matters for the actual cleanliness of the wash) , I did noticed the cool lights going through the wash were not on. I thought, maybe there was just something wrong with them, No Real bid deal. Although, as a person in my late 40's, I did consider this a plus as I don't get out to the clubs anymore so I would seat dance while going through the wash....yes, I do have a video of this as well and I'm Not Ashamed! Anyhow, as I continued through the wash, I also noticed the suds didn't turn colors like they used too (I also thoroughly enjoyed the multi colored suds as this added to the "Club Life" I was living while getting my car cleaned). The wash was also very fast and there was no time for me to party like it was1999 even if the lights had been working! The drying session wasn't nearly as strong and it was a way shorter dry time. As I was suspicious about the quality of wash I had just received, I actually got out of my car to inspect it. It was still very dirty all around the whole bottom parts of the car! I didn't have time to go back through the wash so I left figuring I would just go through it again the next day, (the membership I had with Tony's was for unlimited washes). Well, I did go through it the next day and NOTHING had changed, including the bottom half of my car! It was still dirty after going through the wash! As I was on my lunch break, I again didn't have time to stop and speak to the employee about it. I ended up asking my coworker later that day if they knew what was up with Tony's and she said she believed it was sold to a new company. Well, that answered my question as to why the wash was so terrible. So, I decided that being Tony's wash had been sold, and they're who I signed a contract with, I wouldn't open an account with them..... Well.... I guess I should have been checking my account more often because the new carwash has been charging my card for MONTHS...Basically for almost a YEAR!!!! I literally just found out a couple days ago! I even went through that wash about 2 weeks ago just to see if Maybe...just Maaaaaybe, they worked out the kinks and it would be better. I even PAID for the most expensive wash they had on the menu (Not realizing they were already charging my account for a membership! ) and the wash was JUST AS BAD!!! This is such BAD Business Practice! I do take responsibility for not realizing they were drafting my account BUT...They had my address/phone number, place of employment, basically ALL my contact info and NEVER did they NOTIFY me about the business change NOR about my Membership! They just Nonchalantly transferred my membership! I would say this business is as sneaky and Dirty as your car will be after it goes through their "Wash"! It shouldn't even be legal for businesses to take over contracts because the quality of the new business is not guaranteed! Or at LEAST, it should be MANDITORY for them to send out notices about the membership change and if the clients don't reply, the business should not be able to keep charging accounts! read more

Attendant guiding me into the tunnel this morning was extremely rude and had an attitude with me, he was not lining me up properly and made it my fault. Then just pointed for me to leave. I will not ever be returning to this location. read more
