I wish I caught her name but she was hands down the most helpful woman I've ever come across. She talked me through everything as well as the gentleman who did the dirty work. I found out they had a busy rush taking in another company's mechanic issues and worked straight through without lunch on a 90+ degree weather and I walked in right after the rush. Their work ethic didn't slow down, they were helpful, patient and most of all willing to do anything to make sure everything went smooth. I can't thank them enough with everything being such short notice. Whoever changed my oil traced 'hello gorgeous' in my rear view mirror in the smudge. I didn't see it for a few days, and then when I noticed it I seriously thought I had a stalker or something. I was trying to figure out who had been inside my car (i hadn't driven anyone in over a month), and realized the only person had been inside by car was the man that helped me at jiffy lube. I was driving down Rufe Snow with my truck and trailer, and all of the sudden my trailer tire and wheel came rolling off of 1 of the 2 axles. I immediately pulled into the Jiffy Lube parking lot. For some reason all my lug nuts came loose. I parked my trailer, and took my truck down to Pep Boys to get five new lug nuts. I came back to Jiffy Lube, and Matt, the assistant manager, helped me jack up my trailer and put on the new lug nuts in the freezing cold 29-31 degrees outside. I just wanted to thank Matt for going above and beyond. I was more than willing to do all of it as a former Army Diesel Mechanic, but great to have the help, and the torque wrench to get tightened correctly. read more

Very friendly staff that greeted me and took me in the waiting. Got an oil change and tire rotation. Took 1 hour and 47 minutes. The garage was empty when I arrived. As I was checking out, I mentioned it was close to 2 hours for the services performed. Manger said "you gotta do what you gotta do." Terrible wait time and customer service. This is the former Kurts Kwik Kar. Billy is still the head mechanic and he is probably the Best mechanic in the metroplex. He is always straightforward, trustworthy and reliablle. Chris is the same manager that has been here for years, and one of the main reasons that Jiffy Lube has maintained its success in this location. When the former owner left, a lot of the regular customers were uneasy and thought about finding other mechanics. The fact that Chris and Belle (ec) stayed on made this place reliable. I brought my car into Jiffy Lube for an oil change. They mentioned that something was wrong with the valve gasket cover, and so I paid to have it replaced. A week later, my car overheated and died. The engine was covered in oil. I had it brought to an auto repair shop, and they said the valve gasket cover is bad. Jiffy Lube's insurance refuses to help out in any way with the cost of repairing/replacing the engine. I highly recommend you choose elsewhere. read more

Highest praises! This location far exceeded my expectations of an oil change provider. The employees were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain their findings to is. They pulled all filters in the car and physical showed you their condition prior to reinstalling them. My vehicle was serviced my 4 technicians at the same time in perfect harmony much like a NASCAR pit stop. I say that due to their efficiency and level of care they took to ensure a quality service and customer experience. They held the door and had our car front and center for departure. We were in and out in no time with a quality oil change. Additional, their location is extremely clean and well organized. Kudos to the manager for properly training g his work force in proper customer service and the importance of delivering a quality product. This location is a disaster! It is run by kids and untrained young men that are not knowledgeable about what they do. They advertise speedy and thorough service, but a basic oil change should never take 1.5 hours to complete! Do not recommend this location for any type of car service! read more

One of them noticed my disabled afghan vet plates and thanked me for my service and they didn't even charge me for the inspection. I felt very taken care of and appreciated there. Went for a inspection and it failed because of window tint but they were nice to let me peel it right there on the spot and passed my inspection, but I asked them to check all the fluids which is part of there oil change which did about 2000 thousand miles ago and check and top off or included. They didn't do it which tick me off and then when I checked out I was told the new kid that did my inspection failed , but anybody else would of passed it. They will never get another dime from me. Please avoid the Jiffy Lube on rufe snow. My wife took the truck in and after they drained the oil they told her the truck required full synthetic oil would cost $104 for the oil change instead of the $25 Groupon she told them she had to begin with. Against my better judgement, and the fact I was pissed they drained it before telling her, I had them put conventional oil in. Then they charge an extra $5.99 qt for above 5qts. Mind you they use bulk oils. They also refused to wash the windshield and vacuum the floors that were supposed to be done. read more

I used to come here when it was Kwik Kar, and the owner, Greg, was very honest and helpful. Yesterday I took my vehicle in because the AC wasn't working properly. They told me the entire AC system and compressor needed to be replaced, and quoted me $1,400. I'm so glad I got a second opinion from another mechanic in the area. The compressor fan is the only thing that needed repair, the compressor itself and the AC system itself works just great. Stay away from this place. They aren't honest at all. read more

I had gotten all of the things (oil, filter) to change my own oil, and even my own drain type oil plug, but couldn't get my old plug off. Chris offered to do their full service, and install my own drain valve for much cheaper than normal so I decided just to let them do it. All around nice professional staff and great customer service will have me coming back for anything other than a standard oil change from now on. I came to this Jiffy Lube to get my Head Lights and Break Lights swapped and while they did a good job doing that, the guy changing my lights greeted me with my Cabin Air Filter full of all kinds of debris. Dry leaves, feathers, dust, etc. He said I should get it replaced and while I agreed after looking at that pile of debris on my Air filter, I figured I'd do it next week when I get my oil changed. Well soon to find out my AC started making a loud Humming noise about 2 hours after leaving this place, I watched a YouTube video on how to take out the Cabin Air filter and once I got into my vehicle and took out the Filter myself I was amazed. All the Debris that the mechanic showed me was still in there. I'm not sure if he just has bad customer service or intentionally sabotaged my car by placing that debris on top of my filter. My AC was blowing just fine before I came to this Jiffy Lube and hours after leaving it started making a loud humming noise. I ended up cleaning out the air filter myself, extracting all the debris he had placed in there or neglected to simply turn the filter upside down to get some of the debris off as he traveled to show me the filter. I rarely take the time to write bad reviews but I know other people who've had bad experiences with this place. Unfortunately i'm sure most of the mechanics who work at this Jiffy Lube are honest hard working men (women if they have any) but these few bad apples spoil the bunch. went to get inspection everything passed except window tinting. you think they could've said something before they even took in the truck. the kid was very rude about it too. i wasn't very kind either after having to pay had a 10% off coupon they didn't honor either. the thing that upset me was the truck as been inspected here and another jiffy lube on bedford euless rd for the last 3 years and always passed. the windows haven't changed just the incompetent people at jiffy lube. if i had known years ago i would've fixed before now. when asking questions to different employees all gave different answers blaming other employees. took to k car care next door and let them remove the tint and even paid them to reinspect. that's how much i didn't want to use jiffy lube! k care care at 5749 rufe snow is the best and they have nice people too. read more
