After an hour I returned to the lab and was told "the texting doesn't always work" So I waited for another hour, while people with appointments were seen before me. Walk ins are sent to the end of the priority line, and they should just require appointments. I wasn't told that I should re-sign in after I missed my initial call because I was waiting on a text, which extended my wait time even further. This location only had one technician administering the lab work, and it's check in system needs to be updated.

i am super duper scared of needles, this was my first time getting blood work. the nice lady at the…read morecounter helped me find all the documents from my doctor that i needed and was super kind about me not really knowing my way around. when i was taken back due to a history of fainting i opted for the bed so i could lay while they took my blood, the other woman who did the blood work had the hands of an angel. she was super quick and i barely felt a prick, minimal soreness and bruising after the fact. i will absolutely be coming back in the future

When I finally go up and ask where I am on her list she says she's been calling me for a long time. If true, you need a better system to communicate to patients. If false, you need a better employee. Of course in the monopoly of lab services business there is little if any options, so I guess they can continue to be a dysfunctional hole. On the bright side, the Phlebotomist was delightful.
