There is a shoe shining station, though I've never seen anyone using it. Cash only for purchases under $5 (or something low like that). My doctor's office called and she hung up on them twice. She was very rude to both of us. Uncalled for behavior! I received a text that my prescription was being filled, then two minutes later canceled. I have been a long time customer (dealing with their bad customer service) but will be pulling all my prescriptions and business from CVS immediately. All other reviews on this location are spot on!

It was also located right next to the Five Points MARTA station, so I was able to buy some drinks before hopping on the rail to head back to my hotel. Their prices weren't the best, but quite okay for the convenience. It was also really nice to be able to use one of the self-checkout kiosks to quickly pay for a few items and be on my way. However one drawback with this location was that there were a lot of aggressive homeless people loitering outside, so mind your surroundings.

Since I use public transit for the handicapped and I had a few minutes before pickup time, I asked the lady at the counter how long it would take for the system to come back on line and she said it would take 15-20 minutes. Since I had the time, I told her I'd like to wait. After 20 additional minutes, an announcement came over the store's PA system saying that all transactions were cash-only since the store's entire system had crashed. Realizing that I had ample cash to pay for my order, I approached the check-out counter and informed the cashier that I had sufficient funds to pay cash, but she still refused to fill my order. When I protested that I was using para-transit services, and I would have to make a second trip, somebody called out from behind the counter, "Ahhh, he doesn't have a car", and everybody called out from behind the counter, "Ahhhhh" all in unison! I have never in all my 70 years been shown such extreme contempt and disrespect for the elderly and disabled such as myself. I have already moved all my prescriptions to another pharmacy, and I will never shop at another CVS ever again. I would strongly advise all others to do the same.
