This location at one point had good customer service and ice, but now I hardly go to this location because if the price for gas is going to continue to go up and I got into the store and I can't get a drink with ice then it's a complete waist of time, I'll just take that drive and go to Kroger gas. Ok so QT has really stepped their game up!! It's always busy so I call it Club QT lol... anyway we needed some quick snacks and to my surprise you can order food here! WHAT???? So clearly I'm late but it's ok lol my sis took me to the kiosk and showed me all the things I can order from their menu ya'll I'm in shock! So she recommended the ranch bacon chicken wrap. I was able to literally pick what I wanted on this wrap! This is wild lol Then you print out your receipt and finish shopping. I grabbed a bag of chips and a bottled water. You have to pay before they make your order. Once I paid I took my receipt back to the food area they handed me my order and I was on my way. They did have a police officer on duty so don't try any funny stuff lol he was also very helpful as well. My wrap was like $8 and surprisingly very good! As far as gas stations go, this is a decent one. They have almost every drink option available as well as a decent protein bar, jerky, and fruit selection. Clean bathrooms, lottery, 2 microwaves. They are missing a frozen yogurt station, which is why I'm a Race Track fan ;). One of the better options for the area. read more

We love QT! Everyday ritual for my daughter and I to go get a treat( snackle) and refill our big bubbas! We love the cleanliness and great choices of a quick treat. This unfortunately is not what we see every day. This QT has a filthy ground outside. The ice is always stocked up and or out. The underneath area of the drink areas are so dirty it can't be sanitary! This QT which is in my area looks like no one cares what WE get over here! Come on now!! You all have such a great business model, so make sure you use it regardless of the area!! Do better please! Thank you! read more

Yikes this place is busy! With that said, in the evenings on weekdays (before 7pm) you can probably get to a free pump, but dude, you GOTTA be careful. Apparently none of the people parked have been in an accident, that or they got some nice insurance, because they back out without paying attention. Feel like you dodged a bullet? Don't relax too soon, because there are two entrances where people also fly in and out of of the quick trip (these people also must have incredible insurance). Beyond that, it's quick trip, and if you love them, you'll probably love this one too for it's clean stores, quick service, and great coffee. read more

Bigger is only better if it's going to be maintained.... I love QT and when this bigger location opened, I was super excited. The reality is the only time the drink area is DRY (I mean no melted ice or beverages on the floor, counter, etc) is when the machines aren't working. This is the messiest QT I frequent. Fortunately, they replaced the cherry flavoring with the syrup because they were regularly out! I've complained about the lack of professionalism from some of the associates and never notice a change. Additionally,I was once given $2 too much in change, when I told the cashier his error he said, "Oh...OK." That's all you got?!? Not a 'thank you' or 'OMG I'm an idiot'?!? I don't frequent this location as much as I could as it is a lackluster QT experience for me...Do better. read more

This is the most unorganized and poorly stocked store I've ever seen. They're continuously out of product or sell expired products without remorse. It's clearly an inventory and poor management issue. I've lived in the neighborhood for almost 3 years and it seems to be getting worse and not better. It's become so that I expect them to be out of things and even start many of my conversation with, "Do you all have___today?" Wherein, the answer is almost always no. Trash. read more

As hard as I work I value my money tremendously. I refuse to be treated like a kid by Quick Trip by waiting in that line just to ask the cashiers to unlock the beer cooler so I can get a beer then get back in line to wait to pay for it. How does that make any sense? You have 2 lines full of black people that give you money but gotta ask like a child for beer? The damn girl didn't even know what beer to get! YOU CAN'T MAKE US PAY FOR THE SINS OF YOUR LOST ON PRODUCT. It could be your staff stealing beer for all we know. I DEMAND TO CORPORATE THAT YALL UNLOCK THOSE COOLERS! You should never make the customer suffer. I only come here because i don't have to pay people behind a bullet proof glass or ask to unlock beer coolers or bathrooms. I should be able to comfortably be indecisive, picking my own beer on my time. Yall need to find a better way. STOP TREATING THE PEOPLE THAT KEEP YALL EMPLOYED LIKE FUCKING CHILDREN!!
