(3.5/5) Stopped by this QT and had a mixed experience. When I first walked in, the store seemed average, with employees stocking and cleaning. However, it was very noticeable that the pace and attitudes changed the moment what appeared to be management or corporate staff walked in. Good customer service and cleanliness should be consistent, not only when supervisors are present. The restroom looked okay at first glance, but a closer look showed dirty stall walls, dirty door handles, and floors that could have used more attention. The tea station was another disappointment. The "freshly brewed" teas didn't appear very fresh, some containers were low, and the dispensers and lids looked like they hadn't been cleaned recently. The soda station also had dirty overflow trays. I was also surprised to see cases of bottled water stored outside in Arizona heat when temperatures were already approaching 100 degrees in the morning. Overall, there were plenty of employees on the floor, but the cleanliness and presentation didn't match what I'd expect from QT. Nice little gas station and convenience store all in one. Located right there in Glendale it has easy access from two different directions. Pumps are clean and well stocked with paper towels and windshield squeegee water. Took a star off because premium fuel was out of order at every pump but regular was available. Store has snacks, drinks etc.. so quick pit stop is easy. read more

I've been a fan of QT since living in Oklahoma many years ago. They have only gotten better over the years. They always greet you. They have a good selection of grab n' go hot and cold food. A large selection of fountain drinks and coffees. The bathrooms are clean. Prices are reasonable. They are usually busy, but still keep the line moving when you pay. Tried QT kitchen first time due to some AMEX cashback offers and not disappointed at all. Food taste good though kinda of fast food flavor but indeed with that agenda only QT kitchen was introduced. Fill gas and eat from their kitchen is good business model for sure. read more

When I asked him if I could have a bag he put them in the bag and just left them on his side of the counter. I didn't realize that that was beyond his job qualification. Store was squeaky clean, the lads working there were efficiently checking people out, as well as scoping out the place to make it the place to be. Not to mention the freshly made pizza and mac and cheese were delectableeeee! QT is THE gas station for America. read more

F.T. posted a review about non mask wearers at this location 8 months ago I thought it was an exaggeration but it wasn't. 8 months later and it still hasn't changed. 2 employees wearing masks are wearing it under their noses (what the point of wearing it then?) and just about every other one of the customers aren't wearing masks at all (including the apparent medical worker wearing scrubs.) This ends badly, let me start with that--a public health and customer service nightmare... I went into a QT today that I have been in many times, as it is not even a half mile from my house and very convenient. On the door of that QT is a sign that says masks are required (obviously because of the corona virus). However, many customers were completely disregarding this. More importantly, though, I noted when I entered that two employees were maskless, talking to each other in the kitchen area, both behind the counter and in front of it (completely within customer contact areas). When I approached the counter I asked the young man helping me why the front door had a sign that said masks were required and yet there were employees without masks. Just at that moment the younger of the two maskless employees walked by me and said she had been in the bathroom and didn't wear a mask in the bathroom (of course, she wasn't in the bathroom when she was talking to the other maskless employee and didn't appear to be on her way anywhere--she was just chatting with that other employee). But here's the kicker and why I'm really posting this. I then turned to the young man serving me and said, "I won't be back in this store" and he said, "that's fine, sir". I was a bit taken aback and said, "really, that's fine?" and he said, "yes, that's fine" and walked away from me. Whatever you might think about requirements to wear masks in this pandemic, despite the fact that the store had a sign stating their requirement to do so, to be told by an employee that "it's fine" that I would not be returning says immense volumes about what QT really cares about. And it's not you or me. I will vote with my dollar--I will never return to any QT store ever. read more

Great place. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at this QT. The staff is always friendly and help, they are keeping the place nice and clean and taking care of their customers. They are pretty much the cheapest gas around and you can see that buy looking at the chevron across the steer. They are always ten cents more then QT. read more

Whoever the little teen boy who works at night ( who is likely the same person someone else complained about) is does need a major attitude adjustment. Didn't even make eye contact or say thank you, literally threw my change at me. I guess unless you're a scantily clad teen girl, everyone else isn't worth his time. Horrible experience. read more

Fast! No matter how many people they have in line, the counter person is running 1-2 registers at a time, they have a great selection of EVERYTHING!!! I love it, no matter what I'm looking for, there's always a selection. read more

This is the worst location ever and the manager is the most disrespectful person l seen in my life. This guy who claim to be the manager he actually tried to assault me and he said to leave the store for simply me asking for a back of cigarettes. I even wasnt talking to him l was talking to his coworker i called qt corporation office and explained to them and they said that they will look into it and didn't give me a call back about the incident. I was handing the money to his coworker and he came out of no where and told me to leave yelling out loud in front of people thats was so disrespectful towards me especially in front of other people. This QT is free of homeless people whenever I go, the establishment is kept clean and gas prices are low. What's there to dislike?

This is your standard QT on the SE corner of 43rd Ave and Union Hills. Not much to say except it seems quite a bit less busy compared to most of the other nearby Quiktrip stores. I guess that's a good thing. Plus, they have the Blockbuster dvd kiosk inside by the bathrooms. read more

Always friendly and actually care about charging customers correctly versus over charging like I've experienced at another qt. Gas is typically on the less expensive side of the range of prices in the valley beating the other nearby qts by 10 cents/gallon or more typically. Skip the greenway station and come here instead. read more

I had skipped breakfast and this was the first place I saw on a route that had been changed this morning. So with my morning coffee I also got a breakfast sandwich. At 500 calories it did the job but I am not sure I would pick QT again by choice for breakfast. I was in this morning at about 6:45. I went to pump 10 and when I entered my credit card, the pump registered 22 cents before I had even had a chance to put the nozzle in my tank. This pump is defective (has meter creep) I went inside to make the associate aware of the defective pump and he said "It's only 22 cents" I told him it was MY 22 cents and had him credit it back to my card. He was not the least bit concerned that this broken pump was stealing from customers. I went out and gassed up with another pump but I am contacting the department of weights and measures today to file a complaint. I bet somebody cares then. read more

I broke my leg recently and have been so shocked by the number of people not paying attention and run into me or trip over my crutches, making me want to avoid going into public places. I came into the store a few days ago to get a drink and the second I "hobbled" in I was greeted by almost everyone working and Casey was the nicest person I've encountered since my accident. He offered to help and carry stuff for me. Defiantly the best experience I've ever had in a gas station. Thank you Casey you truly made my day. read more
