Love you his gas station I use QT exclusively because of the quality of their gas. I have a high end auto that takes premium plus gas. I have never in all my years of using QT had a problem with their gas. The pumps always having paper in the printer to print my receipt and the cleanliness of the station is a +. I also feel safe at this station and have never had a problem with my credit card being jeopardized. Some days I treat myself to a cherry Dr Pepper- and I add just the perfect amount of ice and cherry flavoring. This is the best gas station in DFW. Every time I come to this location to get gas it's always the cheapest gas around the employees inside of the gas station. Always welcome you and even remember you if you are a frequent patron. This is my favorite QT location. This chain is typically pretty clean, always out cleaning counters, the parking lot, the floors. Some locations don't keep their bathrooms as clean but this store really stays on top of it. They have great fresh brewed tea near the soda fountains (half sweet, half unsweet is best, all the flavors are great), cost friendly coffee drinks, pizza, sandwiches at the snack bar. If you've never had breakfast pizza with gravy for sauce and croissant bread for crust, you're missing out. Even their whole and sliced fruit in the cold shelves is always fresh. If you're new to the area or you don't typically go to QT, give this one a go, it's pretty danged good. read more

Just a quick little review to say thanks to this QT for being clean, well stocked, well staffed, and well-lit outside at night. It's scary after dark but I usually feel pretty safe at a Quick Trip. There are always plenty of cars at the pumps and the lot is nice and bright. There are always people walking in and out. There are several staff members inside. There's a lot of life going on here, it never feels like a creepy empty gas station. And I haven't event mentioned their drinks or two types of ice or sandwiches or donuts or fresh fruit. Just know you'll find endless options for drinks and snacks. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. On June 10, 2024, between the hours of 8:15 am - 8:45 am, I visited QT (Store # 860). I stayed about Fifteen minutes and left. After leaving, an officer aggressively accosted me and falsely accused me of stealing. I went back into the store and was ordered to take everything out of my pockets. I complied. During this time, I found out the store clerk "Daniel" (That's the fake name he gave) is the initial accuser. The police and store personnel reviewed the surveillance tape, which proved they were wrong, as I knew. "Daniel" gave a "no eye contact" weak apology, which let me know he had no home training. In addition, I have tried to report what happened to the MAIN corporate office in Oklahoma and I continue to get the run around. Fake names, call hang ups, etc. Those involved are covering for each other, because they know they were wrong and accused an innocent person. I'm 57 yrs old and have never been accused in this way. Again, their own surveillance proved them to be irresponsible and careless with their accusations. And to add insult to injury, they are purposely avoiding accountability. Quik Trip, Inc., hires ANYONE. They don't care about integrity or honesty and need a more efficient system for customers to contact those in authority. To treat a 57 yr old lady this way is disgusting. They won't dime from me going forward. Diversity Training is needed. read more

Always clean bathrooms and clean store. Very friendly cashier and i am always greeted when i come in and when i leave. I tend to visit this gas station at the wee hours of the morning (unintentionally) and i always felt safe coming here by myself and pumping gas. I pass many other gas stations but i always pick this one to pump my gas from. I also stop by during the day and it is always busy but at night i get my pick of the gas pumps! If i need to find a staff person they are always there when i need them. read more

Will I drive a mile and a half out of my way to save 28¢ a gallon? You bet your Aunt Fanny, I will! So many things to love about QT. They are well staffed, well lit, and the bathrooms well tended. Their fountain drinks are top notch with TWO choices of ice. I don't know when we became so bougie about our ice, but people definitely have their preferences. The service is always good, and if you happen to see a QT delivery truck in the parking lot, pull in. That truck carries the doughnuts! And those caramel things are definitely worth the calories, especially when they are fresh. All in all, QT is my favorite gast station. Except for Buc-ees, of course, but that is not a fair fight. Not only will I stop for cheap gas, it is usually the only one I will stop at after dark when I am alone. Being well lit and properly staffed is something you have to consider, and it is appreciated. read more

Great place for gas, some finger foods, snacks, drinks including adult beverages. Best convenience store, drinks, service, prices (debatable), and cleanest restrooms around. The drink selection is crazy awesome. I'm pretty sure you won't find a better selection for the price anywhere in a 30 mile radius. I mean, there's Sonic, but you're gonna pay for Sonic. The service is outstanding. They are nice, but they also know that you're there to get in and out immediately. You don't want to hang around and chat, but if you DO need assistance (i.e. a car needs jump started), they'd be glad to help you out. The cleanliness is outstanding. Even when they're a bit dirty, or sticky, they're still better than going to the filth that is RaceTrac, Shell, or the others. I rate this 5 stars on a convenience store scale because it's pretty much QT, then everything else. The standard they've set in the industry is unmatched, and looking at their new stores that have been popping up, they're going to remain that way! read more

I went to this store to get milkshakes today. Destiny W barely had her mask on her face. I could see her nose and mouth while she was cutting a pizza. The guy making my milkshakes amazingly had his mask on correctly. But I also noticed that the cashier didn't have his mask on correctly either. While I was waiting for my milkshake to be made, destiny w had a friend walk in the store. They greeted each other but she was not wearing a mask at all. While they were talking destiny never told her friend to get a mask or that one was mandatory in the store. I really hope something is done about this. read more

QuikTrip knows how to run a convenience store. And they do a great job. This store is very busy the parking lot and gas tanks are crowed so watch out for other cars. Told two employees that someone parked in the handicap spot that wasn't and they didn't do anything about it at all. I'm handicap but it won't kill me to park somewhere else but if someone needed the wheelchair ramp, they'd of had trouble. This sure doesn't match the customer service you show in your commercials. This is my favorite QT location in the metroplex and I always try to go to Qt because it's top-tier gas and their prices are usually the best. Plus there are lots of gas lanes and it's very well-lit outside at night time. They also have a great selection of snacks and drinks inside. So #70, here we go: Good place, one of the few gas stations I actually somewhat plan for filling up at. The gas is unusually cheap, the clerks inside are nice, and the store is clean. Every time I've been here, the clerks have been friendly, which sticks out because friendly clerks are not what most gas stations are known for. These QT-types are the new brand of convenience store, yo: large, clean, and tons of cheap beverages and fountain drinks to choose from. read more

This location regularly has some of the lowest gas prices on 183 in HEB. It's on the intersection of 183 and Precinct. The gas pump can get pretty busy as the gas prices tend to be lower than gas stations in the area. The store is always busy but always kept really clean. There's also an In N Out next door in case you don't want gas station food. Getting back on the highway or Precinct can be tough as it's probably the busiest intersection on Bedford. read more

Worst Q T ever I stop to purchase a two pack of sodas because I saw their promotional signs on the window of 2 packs of 12 sodas for $6.99 but surprise when you pay they charge you $7.99 + tax saying that they do not have anymore coupons (there is no place whatsoever on the window or inside the store that says with coupon) beware this is just a trick to attract customers and not to honor the advertised prices + the Asian cashier was very rude didn't care of customer dissatisfaction will never come back bad service very unsatisfied and the manager seemed not to care either read more

Now usually I am an avid quick trip goer. But usually I go out of my way to my favorite one, this morning was not such a day. This morning I went to this one since it was on the way and I was already running late... I pulled into the parking lot and immediately noticed how much trash was in the parking lot. I know it's a menial thing, but most QT parking lots are pretty clean... Upon walking inside, I noticed that there was no one(that I saw) in the store. Then I noticed the trash on the floor inside the store and in front of the coffee pots you could actually see how much dirt and mud there was on the floor. It was gross. After that, I went to get my taquitos and like 2 of them said they were ready but looked like they'd been there a little while. While checking out to leave, the employee was in such a hurry to get me done that he didn't even wait for me to say I needed a receipt, he just hit a button and walked off. No have a good day, see ya next time, nothing. I'm very disappointed in the customer service as well as the apperance of this store. I will continue to go out of my way to a different one where everyone is nice and the store is clean. read more
