I'm sure it's a draw into their wash, but it worked for me needing a fill up coming off the road. I encountered a friendly staff person who assisted me with payment of the wash and a ticket. Also, one of the aspects of the business that I've never seen at any other car wash before is a bug prep area. Again, perfect coming off the road with lots of bugs. It's an area right before you enter to scan your ticket. The prep area offers brushes, squeegees and plenty of soapy water. My ticket scanned with no issue and the wash overall was pretty good. They also offer self-serve vacuums which I skipped this time. An overall clean operation with strong service was my take away. I'm sure that I will return next time in town.

It's near interstate 270 but access back to the highway at this busy intersection can be challenging at heavy traffic times.

The clerk told me my payment didn't go through and that I still owed $4. I trusted him and paid again. Later, I checked my bank account and found my Apple Pay transaction had actually gone through, so I had paid twice. 2nd incident: I bought $11 worth of lottery tickets using Apple Pay. Again, he told me the payment didn't go through. Later he told me he had paid the $11 himself to cover the transaction. I asked him, "How should I pay you back?" He replied, "Just buy me a pack of cigarettes." Trusting what he told me, I bought him a pack of cigarettes. Later, I discovered my Apple Pay transaction had actually gone through, meaning the $11 had already been paid. 3rd incident: About a week later, I bought cigarettes using Apple Pay. Once again, the same clerk told me my $12 payment didn't go through. When I later checked my account, I found that the Apple Pay transaction had processed, just like the previous times. After these incidents, I reported everything to the store owner. I have a recording related to my complaint, and I've filed a police report and reported the matter to 7-Eleven corporate. I'm also filing a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General's Office. I'm trying to find out if anyone else has experienced being told their Apple Pay or card payment didn't go through, only to later discover it had actually processed.
