How can you close a store inside when the sign says open . There are people eating inside and when one let me in I ask the customer why they were closed a customer told me because they did not have a lot of people working. So I walk in , SAY HELLO & and ask the girl at the register why they are closed she said because they were short-staffed when there was 5-6 people working. I asked are you serious. She look at the girl at the drive-thru smiled and said ummmm yeah !!!. At this point I see 3 to 4 people in the back making food 1 walking around 1 in drive thru & the 1 talking with me. This is a fast food business and the hours between 6 through 8 pm are always going to be the busiest times because everybody's hungry and you Justified closing the store because y'all are BUSY and SHORT STAFFED !!! Are you kidding me !!!!!!!!!! I used to be a night manager at the store when I was younger and I ran it as a night crew with three people. I asked who the store manager was and she said Saul. Only went there cause I wanted onion rings. Gave this spot another chance after last year's raw burger ordeal. We won't be back ever. Onion rings were so burnt they wouldn't even break after being stepped on. Only four onion rings out of a large container were edible. If I would have bitten into one of the burnt ones I'm sure I would have lost a tooth. Also the drinks tasted like they came from a very dirty drink dispenser. I know it's kinda pointless to review a fast food restaurant but I have to show some love to this Burger King location. I also haven't been out to eat anywhere in like 6 months and I've got the itch to write a review for SOMETHING (and I'm bored as hell at work right now). I've been here a dozen or so times over the past few years and I've never gotten anything other than fast service and top notch food. You know how sometimes you get fast food and maybe the fries are fresh and hot but the burger, nuggets, or whatever else you ordered is shitty? Well not here! At least not in my experience. The WHOLE order has always been very fresh EVERY time, and the only other place I can say that about is Chicken Express. This BK is doing it right! read more

First of all when I drove up to place my order it took a few minutes for the cashier to answer, it looks like he was talking to someone else in the kitchen.. He took my order for a Whopper with onion rings meal and an Impossible Whopper meal. When I drove up to the window, I could see a man inside putting together my order, and he didn't have any gloves on. The other man at the register did not give me a receipt. I didn't notice until later that the burger orders were mixed up. One of us got the impossible Burger instead of the regular Whopper and vice versa because the wrappers were mixed up. We didn't really pay attention until we were halfway through eating the burgers that they didn't quite taste the same. In addition, the onion rings were like no onion rings I've had before. They tasted just like batter with an onion flavoring. I broke one open to see where the onion was and I really couldn't see anything inside but fried batter, even though I tasted a little bit of the onion taste but there was no actual onion in there. This place is convenient. I mean, right off the freeway, with another on-ramp close by. How much better can it get than that, with respects to location? Other than that, I see no reason to go there. First of all, and I think this is a health violation, the "Manager?" (he wasn't wearing a Burger King shirt like the woman taking my order) was wearing his mask on his chin. Literally, his nose and mouth were not covered. What the hell is up with that? Next, the woman who took my order was nice...very sweet. Sorry, I didn't her name. The "Manager?" Can Burger King dethrone the legendary Jack in the Box taco? I am sure you have seen the commercials lately, BK is stepping into the taco game...but is it successfully pulling it off? To put it to the test I set up a head to head competition taco to taco in a death match of flavor. To start visually the BK taco looks very similar, so that got me excited. The first bite, great crunch, the shell has a crispness that the Jack taco lacks, but when you get to the filling it's game over. The BK taco vaguely reminds me of a Taco Bell crispy taco, but with the flavor dialed down to a 2, or 3. There is no taco sauce, another place Jack shines as that little orange packs massive flavor onto an already delicious package. We tried both the regular and mini tacos at Jacks and they were both consistent--great! On the end there were no losers, it was very fun to try something new, and it was clear why the Jack in the Box taco has stood the test of time as the poor mans cheap taco fix! *^_^* read more

You know, it's fast food but a change up from Brand X is always nice. I like the menus and I have my favorites. I'll even drive out if my way to pick up something when the mood strikes me. It makes it all the harder when this particular store is having an off week... ..and from my experience this location has it more often than other franchises. I dropped by after a late theater evening thinking about a quick drive through purchase. To my disappointment, customer non-service fifteen minutes prior to the posted closing. Sat at the menu board for a couple of minutes waiting for a response that never came. As I drove around I watched as the late shift eased out the door that would have had them crossing my path in the drive through. I get it. Slow night. Want to knock off early. But you know what? The Whataburger not a half mile away and the McDonalds a little further down the road were teaming with business. Kept their hours. Kept their staff busy and the stores picked up. Went to Brand X and ordered up a second choice. Waited in the other drive through as well, but ended up with a hot meal. You earn your stripes guys. read more

It's a Burger King. They have bacon cheeseburgers and coke icees. And a drive thru. Sometimes we need quick food so we go. Don't judge. The reason we don't go more often is because EVERY TIME we go to this location we have to pull around and wait for our order. No matter what we order, no matter what time of day, whether there are cars behind us or not. Sometimes the excuse is they have to make fresh fries. Or it's a fish sandwich my husband ordered. Always some kind of excuse to pull around and wait. We see other people have to do it too. What are they doing in there? "So it's a burger king. It's fast food. What do you expect?" you might ask. Well, we go because we expect it to be FAST. If we wanted to sit and wait around we'd go to an actual restaurant and get good burgers or, you know, a half restaurant like Chili's or something and get ok burgers. So we get annoyed and don't go back for a while. Then forget how annoying this place is and go back to get annoyed again.
