Me and my wife's 20th anniversary was coming up and I knew I needed to take her somewhere special. If you're gonna splurge, let me tell you, this is the place to do it. I know first-hand how dedicated QuikTrip corporate is to ensuring their stores are the latest, greatest, and most convenient of any business of this genre. You can tell this company really does a great job in training because every one of its employees is top-notch and it shows in many ways. You always get a greeting and a thank you. Not sometimes. Always. The stores are always clean. Always. The stores are always well stocked. The store's restrooms are very clean for the usage they get. The service is fast and efficient, just what you want from a convenience store. The only fault I find is their insistence on selling 10% ethanol gas which may cost a little less per gallon, but delivers so much less MPG that it costs drivers much more in the long run and it's not the best for engines even if it IS "guaranteed" by QT. read more

There are very few corporations in American that are as well run as Quik Trip. I lived in Tulsa for 16 years and visit there on a regular basis. I can tell you this, there is no finer gas station in the nation. The employees are professional and friendly, the facilities are clean and why pay 5 bucks for a freaking cup of java at Starbucks! QT is one of those great things that I miss when I don't have one. I've been all over the U.S. in my life, and driven through a few places on my own as a college student during the last year. All I can say is that nowhere else seems to have the atmosphere or quality that QT does. In comparison to other gas stations and similar chains in TN and AR, well, they just don't measure up. None of them are as clean, friendly, or have as quick service as QT. For that reason alone, when I come home from college, the only place I going to fill up my car is QT. read more

I miss QT! I wish they'd bring their superb convenience stores to NW Arkansas. Always sparkling clean and well-stocked, Quik Trip employees greet customers as they come in the door and are always helpful and efficient. In the words of Dick Vitale, "It's Awesome Baby!!!" Hands down one of the best convenience stores in the country. The only store I've ever come across that gives QT competition is Wa Wa up in the Northeast. It's clean. The staff is friendly and super helpful. The selection of goods is overwhelming. The coffee is great! The gas prices are usually the cheapest. What else do you want? I just wish they'd get over this no compete thing with Loves and move into the OKC market. read more

QuikTrip has done something incredible. They've taken one of the most generic yet important business and perfected the customer's experience. Before QT I would've said every gas station was basically the same to me. QT has amazing fleet programs for businesses, is constantly being cleaned and maintained by the staff. QT used to be one of my favorite gas station until a few months back, at least once every week on different locations they try to over charge me. They don't clear the sale before yours and if you're not on it you'll pay for that too. Also when I hand them large bills they try to give change for a 20 countless times. QT is very convenient since there is one on every corner but if I can avoid trying to get scammed I will. read more

The gas and the hot dogs may be good, but their employees are uneducated as far as access laws for disabled customers. I am hearing impaired and have a hearing ear dog that accompanies me everywhere I go. I am in a Quik Trip somewhere in town at least once a day. It never fails that some young, snot nosed, know-it-all, wanna be manager, punk cashier will decide to take it upon themselves to humiliate me in front of the whole store full of people by telling me to get out. I am continually having to explain the FEDERAL access laws to them. I have called the corporate office time and again to ask them to please train their employees about assistance animals and the access laws pertaining to them. One would think that a corporation as wealthy as Quik Trip would have the money to EDUCATE their employees about the access laws. read more

It's the best convenience store in existence. They are constantly improving. The expanded stores look great (36th & Peoria) and the new stores look even better (15th & Denver). It's the only place I go to for gas. Don't have to drive far as there are so many locations. read more
