All of a sudden there was no one there ... So not even a little bit of a normal situational issue to happen to an entire store especially when the Company is not a small "mom and pop shop or something within that realm. No notices as to the status of the business. I just kept driving, like so many other people,waisting my time and gas re-visiting the site and looking for an answer as to why the store was closed and what I could expect in the future? Well finally, one day, out of the blue, they opened their doors with a new staff, which I was extremely disappointed in, due to their poor performance in general, demonstrating no,if any, ability perform in a professional manner and demonstrate a level of competence, and most importantly a sense of pride within themselves and their own work. Now it's April 29th and I believe it was last weekend, could have been the one previous, and here we go again.. it was a Sunday, over an hour before the posted closing time and THEY WERE CLOSED! It's happening AGAIN ... My question to the Murphy Oil is how do you actually still manage to keep your Company from going bankrupt and losing everything if you're Chastain Store is an appropriate example of the expectations that you, the Company's leadership team are an example of your expectations and the Company's own failure to deliver a sustainable business plan that is more sustainable and effective in the actual field therefore the actual closing of an entire location would never have occurred and there would be contingency plans in place. Please, STAFF the store and have the store stocked and running during the limited hours that have been changed Thank you for your consideration and help.Also I do hope that whoever has the misfortune of Overseeing this Store that you have a new drive and a clear passion for creating a culture for your customer's experiences to succeed their expectations. Her attitude was horrible she would scream and cuss at the customers. The store was always dirty and ran down. I stopped by chance 2 months ago, I can say it has completely changed. It's clean and well stocked and the staff they have hired or fast and friendly. I consider myself a regular customer again. Not too mention the prices for cigarettes and and gas can't be beat.

The women working were kind and efficient despite being busy. I had the chicken tender sub tossed with Buffalo sauce. It was good and filling. My husband had the chicken, bacon, ranch sub and enjoyed it. He saved the other half of the sandwich and ate it the next day and said it was just as good on day 2. The store was clean and organized. Can't say we'll be back since we don't expect to be in the area again but I recommend stopping here if you want a good sandwich!

The reason I say almost is the only reason I had to take off a star. Our last experience at the deli, yesterday, was delicious BUT super slow. We've both worked food service before and understand what happens when there's so many orders and so little staff. But a lot of the reason it took 35-40 minutes total for us to receive 1 sub and 1 wrap was because the gentleman making our food had to leave the station at the request of every single ingredient to restock because the stations were next to empty (onions, lettuce, cheese, etc.) and had little to no urgency when doing so. Maybe a rough day, I get it. We're all human here. What I don't really get is the lack of support for him. As the line was growing, another gentleman put multiple mobile orders in front of him and proceeded to neither at least try to help nor reach out to anyone else who wasn't busy for help. As a consumer, of course my perspective is never as accurate, but it seemed to me like there were multiple people who could have jumped in. Now we'll definitely be back. We love y'all! but please support your people, especially your deli folks. Just thought I'd put this out there before someone with less space for patience and understanding comes along.

Ouch - Drove down…read morefrom Denver NC (outside of Charlotte) for a couple of days with the sons and their families over Thanksgiving. Stayed at the Hampton Inn across the street and checked in Thursday evening. Got up Friday with a bunch of running to do including the Grandkids meeting Santa at Town Centre Mall, new shoes at Coggins in Marietta, lunch and finally back to the hotel for a nap. Some additional running to start out with a run to Kohl's on Cobb to pick up a new set of underwear for me since my wife missed them in packing. her standing joke is that I always forget something. Gas gauge showed about a quarter of a tank so decided to just go across the street to Chevron. With the median dividers and no u-turns, it took a bit of navigation to get there. Gas was $3.39.9 which seemed at bit high because the day before when I filled up in Denver, I paid $2.89.9 but local markets vary in part driven by State Taxes. Accepted it because of one of the hazards of travel and what else could you do. Drove over to Kohl's on Cobb Parkway which was about 5 miles away and the price at all of the gas stations including Chevon was $3.19.9 or 2O cents less expensive. Later when we got over to Town Centre Mall for the photo's with Santa, there was a Quik Trip with gas at $3.04.9, Something is not right. This Chevron is in the middle of KSU and granted between two interstates, is making it more difficult for College/University Students who in many cases, the extra 30 cents a gallon could impact an already tight budget. I remember back in antiquity when I was a College Student when every penny counted.

I love me a good QT, and you add it being recently opened and you got me all kinds of happy. The store is good size, laid out well and stocked with all the classic goods plus a solid variety of specialty items and of course all the roller foods, sandwiches and pizzas by the slice. If single serve isn't your thing, they got you with the QT Kitchen menu. One thing I love about the new QT's is the coffee station, which now features a wide variety of coffee by the tap! Gas prices are the best on the exit, which is normal for QT. Service was solid and friendly. Store was of course in good condition and was kept very clean. Overall, wonderful addition to this exit! Happy to know it's there now, will definitely be a consistent spot when on the road in or out of Atlanta.

I like this Chevron off of Bells Ferry and end of Town Lake too much traffic Parkway because for reason they seem to always seem to be 5 cents cheaper than everyone else. Its an older station but it stays pretty busy. Hobgood park is across the street. The only weird thing is the entrance and exits seem to be pretty narrow. (3/5/2018) We had just left a community meeting at the Woodstock Police Department with some of my fellow Woodstock neighbors and decided that we would all pop in to grab a few things since we were in the area. We started out checking out the BOGO bins and then worked our ways to the deli department. Then to the bakery. We were checking out some of the baked good when a woman (heavy set, brown hair, older woman) barked at us and said in a sharp voice "May I help you?" Which one of my neighbor answered "No. we're just looking." The employee didn't say anything and just walked off..... I don't know if she was insinuating that we were up to something no good or what but we weren't doing anything wrong. Just looking at some cup cakes and some peach pies..... the five of us are all grown people with college educations, home owners and one of them had a teenage kid. So for some grocery store employee talking down to us like we were teenagers giggling at a library is not only unprofessional but down right rude.
