Contacted Bryan to repair. I wasn't upset at time as mistakes happen and I just expected him to fix the error. Didn't need new carpet.. just stretch and repair the poor install. Bryan would do it but only at our expense. Carpet is so poorly installed that a second opinion is $1200 to stretch carpet and we as homeowners are responsible for removing all furniture from home. Very nice young men were on time and quickly took care of cleaning both the gutters and downspouts. This home is new to me, and I had a problem with rainwater overtopping the gutters and creating moisture in the crawlspace. The gutters and downspouts are now flowing freely - as evidenced by the recent rain. Also, I am concerned about one downspout exiting too close to the foundation. They gave me some very helpful suggestions on how I might address this, since there is limited space to simply extend the downspout. At my request, they ran water into downspouts that discharge underground. I wanted to see if the underground pipes were plugged. This showed me where the underground pipes were discharging to the surface and into a roadside swale. This took a little sleuthing on their part, as there is no pipe visible in this area. It is great to better understand my property drainage. I appreciate the time they took to both do an excellent job and help answer my questions. I highly recommend their service, and I will definitely use them again.
