Dr. Robert Bass is an excellent physician. He is a scientist and a researcher, as well. Whoever…read morewrote the first, negative review must have had a one-time experience which went awry. This is not the norm for this practice. The reason I have chosen to write this essay is that as of December 1, 2018, Dr. Bass is no longer with Transition Care Medical Group. Further, there are approximately five additional physicians who do practice with the Group, and the newest took Dr. Bass's place also on December 1, 2018. I, as a rule, do not place reviews via the Internet. However, when I happened to see the one truly ugly review of Dr. Bass AND that the other five physicians are not listed at all, I want to clarify to whoever compiles this information on "yelp"? to bring Transition Care's physicians up to speed. I was Dr. Bass's patient for near 20 years. He was kind, soft-spoken, and brilliant in relieving some painful symptoms I suffered. The information on yelp's website is virtually non-existent. Please wipe what is here now, off your site. Begin again with new, correct information or simply terminate this site, period. It is not helpful. MFD, PE

I requested them in person as I am uncomfortable with zoom. But they asked me to pay $35 for rescheduling which is incorrect. When I asked they never informed me abt zoom apt how can I be responsible to pay the amount Today they called me and asked to change my PCP as Dr sujata is not willing to attend the patient due to busy and she sees only new patient sch. I paid for my lap reports and X-ray and Dr Sujata has not walked me through the results and they sent a copy and asked to change PCP as I canceled the appointment as this does not make sense and this shows how much due care Dr Sujata takes on a sick person who came with trust to cure a patient. Paid $35 for her first visit and for lap and X-rays and when we change PCP they ask to take the tests again. This has really caused lot of stress and time and money wastage.

Then "refused" to after I mentioned my period and having a pad on. AFTER I asked for a referral to an OBGYN. In which she referred a complete random one, AFTER I gave full info of my particular (trusted) obgyn. I showed her I had multiple questions I wrote on my phone (scared of doctors.. it's been a while).. she didn't even let me get half out.. i have been having the most painful cramps and can't see my preferred doctor, after MONTHS requesting a referral. They NEVER answer the phone, unless you're lucky. ... [update] I submitted a complaint online about the referral taking way too long. Considering the pain I was in. Only to be TERMINATED. Over trying again and again for this stupid referral. I wasn't rude, I was factual about this being overboard ridiculous. It's a fax machine. Someone on the phone once even told me I'd have to get in contact with someone over seas for this referral. Most disrespectful and opinionated office I've ever experienced. Do not come here.

In June 2025 and December 2025, I had two carotid ultrasounds completed at AIM Primary Care by a…read moremobile stenographer. Both of these showed moderate to severe carotid stenosis in both arteries. I was told to double my statin dose and repeat in six months. Due to several reasons I did not feel like I was getting adequate service at this clinic and left to another PCM. I just had a repeat carotid ultrasound in June 2026 conducted at STRIC which showed I have no stenosis in either of my carotids. As this condition is not reversible either this result or the two previous results had to be incorrect. Today I had a consultation with a vascular surgeon who redid the ultrasound again and determined the recent scan I had STRIC was correct and I have no signs of carotid stenosis. So therefore, I have endured over a year of stress worrying about the implications of this disease for no reason as well as being put on more medication I did not need. In rereading my two ultrasounds reports from AIM it appears they were both done by the same technician and both apparently only reviewed/interpreted by Dr. Gerineni. So I'm not sure who did not conduct or interpret things properly but the vascular surgeon I saw said someone was not experienced enough and she was upset on my behalf. My suggestion to future patients with potential carotid or other serious issues needing scans would be to request they be conducted at an outside radiology clinic.
