Such nice folks work here at the gate, and they fed us well on the production. But if you don't have breakfast or lunch just outside the gate on Ventura Blvd is Trader Joe's and a TON of other great restaurants--I can't imagine you not finding something you like within a few blocks. There are streets at this studio named for the classic shows filmed here like: Gilligan's Island, Mary Tyler Moore, and Gunsmoke. Very historic lot.

My 6 year old had a 2 scene selftape to do, and we got it done including the slate in a very productive 45 minute session. My daughter had time to do several takes of each scene for some options and we never felt rushed. She wasn't nervous and felt totally at home. The prices are reasonable and the person we worked with was AMAZING. The files were edited and sent to me within the 45 minute session and we got to watch them back. 2 solid takes for each scene. I went to Carolyne for an audition for the lead of a horror film. The audition required little…read morespeech but heavy emotion: immense fear, crying, etc. Although I had prepared, my performance was a lot stronger due to her direction and suggestions. Carolyn is a successful working actress herself, and knows what works and what doesn't work for auditions. She is also one of the most warm and kind hearted people, and makes sure you feel comfortable such that you can give your best performance. They have gone out of their way to adhere to the COVID restrictions. The location was very clean. The owner and manager were compliant in creating the different zones needed on film sets. The first day we were there the wifi wasn't working quite right. The manager got on it and didn't stop until it was 100%. If you need an airplane for your film or television show, definitely call these guys.
