It's hard to know what to think about QVC. On the one hand, their constant hyperactive shilling for an endless array of fashion, home electronics and kitchen gadgetry can be mind numbing in the extreme. However, with close to $12B in sales, someone's watching this cable television stalwart... including me. Like most infomercial producers, they are in the instant need creation business. When you woke up this morning I bet you didn't think a set of solar powered garden gnomes or Spanx for your chubby canine would be on their way to your home. But you're about to find out you can't live without either of them. Absolutely no one is impervious to their evangelical zeal. Personally, I have purchased one thing from these capitalist carnival barkers -- a juicer that soon departed the earth after dispensing very little juice. No doubt the squeeze was on me. No matter, I simply can't turn away. Two grass fed steaks on easy-pay for $200. No way, you say... yes way... say their operators. Someone's certainly making their "number sold" chyron spin. As cable descends into a death spiral of cheapskate programming and reruns QVC's brand of reality show huckster bluster is a car wreck that you can't turn away from. QVC (short for "Quality Value Convenience") is an American free-to-air television network and a flagship shopping channel specializing in televised home shopping, owned by Qurate Retail Group. Founded in 1986 by Joseph Segel in West Chester, Pennsylvania. My daughter buys lots of merchandise from QVC and as boring as I find watching this network I do let her purchase items for me. Our favorite time of year is Xmas holiday shopping. It's a great place to buy items for friends and family. One year we purchased little light up Xmas trees for our friends. I still have mine. They are not open now shut down! Disappointed that I drove here and the building is empty

While visiting this area I saw this shop from the road and had to go in. Everything once is in is neatly stacked most deals are 40%, 50% 60% off which seems great. The prcies weren't as low as I assumed though. Definitely forgot the home shopping network was a tad expensive compared to all other stores we have now in days. Here you'll find led outside lighting, some clothing, tons of samantha brown luggage marked down, and plenty more. The discount is off the original price on the product some its say $300 , some say $249, it definitely ranges. Once at the register they remove the marked discount and apply it for you. Definitely was a nice place to look around fun products, jewelry, the staff was nice, all dressing rooms are closed due to covid restrictions which is understandable so be cautious if buying clothing. Wanted a new dress but my biggest problem with clothes in QVC? Theres always an added thing to it that ruins it. Im not gonna buy something over $15 bucks to have to modify it. I do that with drift store stuff cuz the obvious. But my 5 star is always on shoes!!!! Holly crap! They had every boots for $15 no matter what the tag said! They improved the women's size 11 shoes inventory! Attention all big footed ladies! They selling $60-100 high quality leather boots for a whopping $15 a pop! I had a funny moment with my mom! I was telling her how i don't need more shoes cuz i already have enough then she starter pointing at all the promo signs and i started to sweat hard! I would try one, i told her. I uhh.......... Fell in love with two pairs to the point that I'm dancing with them in front of the mirror while giggling like an idiot or a prancing unicorn! Yep i walked out with two pairs! They are so beautiful! I like country style boots for two reasons. I like country stuff and i love Larping in Medieval fairs! They both fit my rogue costume and i can dabble into the alchemist persona to. I want to dabble into bard hood eventually. Uke / mandolin and all. Sing some funny renditions of modern songs into Celtic vibes. "There was once was a man named the racnor the braveee!!" Okay, let's start off with the positives. They have a great selection of jewelry, shoes, housewares, and purses and all for reasonable prices. But if you're going in there looking for clothes....uhhhh, that would be a no! The clothes are VERY dated and cater to a much older crowd. Maybe a woman in her mid to late 60s or older. But I have gotten some great deals on jewelry including Alex & Ani, Uno de 50, and other nice jewelry. I've gotten some pure, sterling silver earrings, rings, and bracelets for reasonable prices. The customer service is great. The ladies that work there are friendly, professional, and attentive. If you're in the area, it's worth taking a look but I wouldn't go out of my way to go there. Seriously, this place can be hit or miss when it comes to finding something fabulous for a good price. I've been in this store at least a dozen times and have walked out disappointed every single time. Didn't find a thing that interested me. Today of all days, I happened to be in the area and decided to give it another try. I was looking more for NFL Bucs apparel because I've seen some nice items on HSN during football season. There were lots of NFL items but mostly from other teams. So, I started looking at the handbags and saw a Vera Bradley bag. The only one in the store, and it happened to be one of the patterns that I have at home. It was a set with a matching wallet for about $89. The bag and wallet together would have cost more than that at the Vera Bradley Outlet. I got it for 66% off that price because they were having a handbag sale. I'm never this lucky when it comes to finding deals like this at the HSN Outlet. That's why I say it's hit or miss. You never know what you may find on any given day. It's just Home Shopping Network items that were leftover or returned. Just check it out if you happen to be in the area. Don't make a special trip. You might get lucky. read more

I love this store & the merchandise. I always find plenty. Shoes are current (not for OLD people). Clothes are nice as well as home accent items. Negative: They have the rudest people at checkout. I was in there today & same girl I had last time was at the register. Top of the rude scale. I'll give her a 10+. Black heavy girl with LONG fake lashes. Wig with hair pulled back. She was waiting on someone else when I walked up. The lady was doing a return, cashier finished return, & rather than take me (no other cashier at the moment) she picked up returned purses couple times looked at them & for a few minutes I stood there waiting & never at any point did she acknowledge me. She was trying her best to be rude & was so successful. Another lady walked up & after a few minutes conversation with another lady, she offered to check me out. The minute this other one took me, the other took another lady. This cashier is rude (2 times) & I imagine she is consistent. I go in there couple times a month. I'm hoping she will quit. If not, I'll'll get her name for next review. I say take her off the register & have her do things that doesn't require her to be pleasant!!! read more

Not my kinda place, not my kinda style. My friend has always asked me about this place, and I've never been. They have purses, jewelry, housewares, woman's clothes, shoes, lingerie, and luggage. Prices seem pretty steep to me. They are also marked down depending on the date of when they have been brought in the store. They are so marked up that the marked down price seems like a standard price at other stores. The style of the clothes seem old fashioned like in my opinion, or tons of winter clothes in July in Florida. No thank you! At least I know what it's like. read more

This store is sooo much better than it used to be... One of the largest HSN outlets I can always find something to buy and the deals are amazing. The only thing I don't like is that they let people bring their pets in the store. I've seen it more than once and once time the ratty dog was growling at people who walked by the cart. read more

I was literally in line and the worker Gloria came up and stated that the cashier should take care of her first because my transaction was going to take a minute. I love the QVC Oultet in Brandon, Florida, but I live 86 miles away making my visits 172 miles round trip. That wouldn't be an issue if the dressing rooms were open for trying on clothes. As of today 8-6-2022 they are still closed. Because of that I have made 2 trips this past week totaling 354 miles in order to buy, bring clothes home to try them on, and drive back to the store for exchanges. I have been in many clothing stores recently and the QVC Outlet is the ONLY one with dressing rooms still closed after the pandemic. PLEASE OPEN the DRESSING ROOMS. Curiosity brought me here when I heard they sell crafting supplies, cheap ! Well, it was a very weird experience, especially for a first timer. After a while of searching I finally found the craft section. Everything was in sealed boxes. So come prepared with a razor knife or something to cut the tape so you can at least look in the boxes. Most of the items, to me, were pretty useless, now I understand why they didn't sell out on TV. If you want a set of stamps (for stampers) you have to buy the whole box of them,, so you are getting 5-7 of the same item. I lucked out on a couple of things as they were 70% off then an extra 10% off cuz it was a Tuesday and Tuesday is senior day (anyone over 50). So that gave me a $50 item for $14...not bad at all. You have to be diligent and search. Lots of kitchen items, woman's clothes and shoes, and purses. Guys, you're out of luck in this store. What's here today will be gone tomorrow and replaced with something else. So the store ie ever changing,, great of you enjoy shopping that much ! read more

This is truly an outlet store. Most of the merchandise is stuff leftover from HSN television or returns. Yes, some of the "original" prices are ridiculous, but the same could be said for Ross, Marshall's, T.J. Maxx, Macy's, Kohl's and probably a few I haven't mentioned. That said, there are some real deals here if you look. The pricing structure is a little weird, but then again pricing games abound across the retail market. A lot of the clothes are polyester and geared towards women of a certain age because -- guess what-- that's who shops on TV. I've been here a couple times and the staff has been very nice. It's no frills shopping because it is an OUTLET. If customer service is your jam, I would suggest avoiding outlets altogether as that is part of what you sacrifice for getting lower prices. read more

OMG, it has gotten even worse since my last review. It is quite obvious that the management here is CORRUPT. Strong words, but that is what is taking place at this Ebay Flipper Store. The word is out, and the store is filled on promotion days when offering extra % off with every online flipper in the 4 county region. If you came in here like us - ordinary customers - to purchase one or two items forget it! The place is packed with Flippers filling carts, and taking up all of the time of the salesperson as they sit on their phones and price check every single item in their cart. So they come in, sweep the place, put all of the merchandise in piles (while we were there the sales people even put it in piles behind the counters!!!), and then stand there as the price checks on the phones begin. Thus, if you need any kind of assistance - FORGET ABOUT IT! The sales people have to stand there and watch as the price check process takes place, so they can put back whatever is rejected. Welcome to shopping in the age of flipping, as brought to you by HSN Outlet. However, do not worry. Given the store's 30 day return policy, most of the merchandise will be returned when they can't flip it. It boggles the mind that HSN senior executives approve of their store becoming nothing more than a flippers paradise, as the churn of merchandise turns away all other customers. Will someone at HSN please finally wake up!!! Your store management is totally engaged in this practice, and fact goes out of the way to enable the flippers, since it leads to showing a short-term sales surge, which is false since it almost all is coming back. read more

This is just another breed of "junk" store. It's fairly large and less crowded than a Marshall's or Ross's. It is mostly clothes, shoes, purses but there is a home good section. Everything here seems like cast offs that didn't sell on line--and most for good reason. That fan duster that doesn't really work so well, the door security system that alarms when no one is breaking in, singles of bedding sets, a food warmer. Prices are poorly marked--one price is on the item and then a sign overhead tells you what is 25%, 40% of 70% off (by coded date on the price sticker). I bought a $39.95 item for $3.95--quite a bargain but the register clerk wanted to ring it up for $8, then $5. She ultimately did give it to me for $4 but was not friendly (and it was THEIR sign that said $4). There are people cutting open things to look in them, making the place look trashy (even tho there is one of everything on display. I imagine one can find something they just have to have so it's worth the occasional look but I find the place creepy at best. read more
