I was actually a few doors down picking up some bagels and I decided to go in to get myself a smoothie. I didn't realize how many other things they served there. They have "Superfood Waffles" and what makes them a super food is they're loaded with oats, quinoa, hemp seeds, Chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and banana. You can get a snack waffle with your choice of bread being either peanut butter, Nutella or honey or you can get a waffle bowl, which is waffles cut up into bite-size pieces and they top it with fruit and either acai yogurt or peanut butter chia pudding! They also offer yogurt bowls, four different kinds of avocado toast, paninis, wraps, bagels, and different types of bowls such as grain bowls and açaí bowls. You can get breakfast here as well. They have different blends for the smoothies including vintage, epic, green and protein as well as some juices. They also serve hot and iced coffees and teas and protein shakes. I ended up getting the mango blend vintage drink which was so good. It's made with mango, agave, Greek yogurt and coconut water and it tasted so refreshing. They can be found in the plaza at the corner Flamingo and Pines Blvd. I've been waiting for this spot to open up and I'm excited I got to try it after pickleball one morning. There's a lot for easy parking and right at the corner of a strip in the plaza right off Flamingo Rd. The inside is spacious but they only have mainly high top tables. They have wifi so I got to work a bit here. Their menu has a lot of variety: from protein shakes, juices, acai bowls, sandwiches, etc. I was a bit overwhelmed with choices, but in the best way! They have something for everyone and the menu has enough to keep me coming back to try more. For this past visit, I got the Goliath smoothie and also the Blaze bowl. Both were pretty good. The Goliath smoothie has 36 grams of whey protein, strawberries, almond milk, nutella, and cacao. I was a bit disappointed it didn't have much of the nutella taste. The Blaze bowl has sriracha chicken, greens, brown rice, almonds, hemp seeds, sesame-ginger dressing- it was super filling and the bowl was super deep. This is a very cute juice bar in a rather busy plaza, but has ample parking and is easy to locate. I think we all may agree that eating healthy is one of the things that can be considered a luxury in today's economy... I feel that this applies here. At this location you're paying top dollar and a premium cost for a product (in this case a smoothie) to still receive boxed coconut water opposed to fresh coconut water in your smoothie. My new go-to smoothie spot! I've visited 8-10 times in the last few months and have had all positive experiences. They are all kind and knowledgeable about the menu. On two occasions employees have given me tips on how to upgrade the smoothie and it took the drink to another level. I would definitely recommend the juices, but not the muffins. I bought a cranberry muffin and it was a bit stale. Those are not made fresh daily or lucky me I was given the leftover one from the prior day. The watermelon juice is seasonal so that is a must try before it goes away. It's not full of sugar and It's so refreshing. They do offer coffee, breakfast sandwiches and açaí bowls. The staff is very friendly and I appreciate good customer service. Today I went here after getting some groceries for myself. The place was clean and sanitized. No flies, no food on the tables. This place is in the front of the Publix plaza and if you don't drive you have to cross a a dangerous intersection where there are no crosswalks. This place offers healthier food options such as protein smoothies, yogurt bowls, avocado toast, açaí bowls and more kinds of juices, smoothies and coffee varieties. The first thing I noticed was how clean and presentable everything was. However, there are no signs indicating whether masks are recommended or required. I wore mine anyways inside. The other thing I noticed is none of the staff wore masks. I ordered the original avocado toast which came on ciabatta toast and consisted of avocado, dill seasoning and everything seasoning . It was amazing. It tasted fresh and the presentation was aesthetically pleasing. I will need to do further research on what smoothies I can and can not have because I'm trying to lose weight. I recommend this place if your looking for healthier options and you are fully vaccinated and boosted. If you are immune compromised I would proceed with caution and mask up. My 2-star review is based only off the two drinks I have had. I am willing to come back to try others. I hate to say this but I did not enjoy Qwench. My first time, I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and added vanilla. It was over $8 for the 16oz which is the smallest size they offer. That's even more than Starbucks. Pricy for a small matcha latte but I'm the kind of person who will gladly pay top dollar if I like something. The gentleman who took my order was very, very sweet. But the drink was awful. I've had match before and enjoyed it, so it is not a "I just don't like matcha" situation. After a couple sips I decided that I would return it and ask for a different drink. I did exactly that later the same day. I brought back my receipt and the drink (which was still full) and explained the situation, this time to a different gentleman. He happily made me a different drink with no problems. The new drink I ordered was much cheaper than the drink I payed for, but no biggie. This time, I stayed away from the matcha and ordered the Super Coffee, which the employee said is very popular. It comes with cinnamon, turmeric, brown sugar, cloves, and some other things. I've had a drink with very similar ingredients at another coffee shop and I love that drink, so I figured I would like this one too. Not at all. The super coffee was even worse than the matcha. I took literally one sip and threw the rest down the drain. I was so disappointed, especially considering the second time I ordered a drink that is apparently popular. As mentioned before, I would be willing to give Qwench another shot eventually but I think I will stay away from anything coffee and stick with a smoothie or tea. read more

One of the best smoothies I've had. I wasn't that hungry for lunch on my break, so I figured I'd give this place a try and pick up a smoothie. I'm a little picky with smoothies I hate when they're runny and when there's bits and pieces in them. I like them to be thick and very very cold. I often don't ever finish smoothies and this one was so good I drank it all within 5 mins! Lol I ordered the OJ blend and it was SO delicious. It's bittersweet that I love this smoothie place so much because I do think $10-11 for a smoothie is a little steep in my eyes, but I don't know how much smoothies usually run I thought they were like $6-8. But it's so good I'm willing to treat myself here and there. The employee there was so nice helping me choose what I wanted to try for the first time. He suggested a few great options. There's one called Bluetella it has Nutella in it and I'm DOWN. I will try that one next. It has a cute outside area also with some seating if you don't want to sit inside. Looked very clean inside. It also has another part to it called "DRNK" I think it was named and it has coffee and little breakfast choices. My juice was $11, while very good and tbe flavors balanced eachother this wont be my regular stop after the gym due to the price. The gentleman who took my order was polite and efficient. I have not had a chance yet to try their Açaí bowls, but I can see they look delicious. My husband had ordered the original avocado toast, but on a ciabatta bread and can I tell you he was in heaven. Not only was it delicious, but it was also filling I've had the pleasure of trying two of their drinks, one was a Matcha Greens smoothie -matcha green tea, banana, pineapple, hemp milk, pumpkin seeds, honey and on my second visit, I tried the Green Giant Protein Drink -36 grams whey protein, matcha green tea, kale, mango, pineapple, orange juice, agave. also, absolutely delicious both of them. The spinach empanada was very tasty. Many of the clientele were repeat, and you can see that they were definitely regulars because they love the place. There is a constant flow of people coming in for a quick bite of healthy food. The owner was a doll and his staff were very friendly. The place was very clean and well kept.
