Just ordered a thai rolled ice cream. The sign on the wall says it costs $7.89. They charged $8.99 for it. I pointed to the sign on the wall that said $7.89 and asked what was going on. The cashier lady said "regardless, this is the price" with a growing tone of voice as if I was greatly annoying her. Your sign already has a taped-up modification to the old price; it isn't hard to actually put up three small pieces of paper saying 8 9 9 instead of 7 8 9. We haven't eaten here since we discovered it 6 years ago. We have been to other locations, but last night my daughter and I ordered Uber Eats and I feel it's appropriate to update my review. We both had make your own poke bowls. It can be ordered with 1-2 proteins. I had spicy tuna & crab. My daughter had spicy salmon and crab. We both chose sushi rice as our base. We were able to choose up to 6 toppings and 2 sauces. Since it was delivery I didn't add avocado as I had some at home. We also had butterfly lemon drinks. Everything on the bowls was fresh and delicious. The protein servings were very good and generous. The food was packaged nicely and arrived still looking wonderful. Drinks had straws. I was looking for boba tea in the area and Litchi Snow Ice popped up. What a delight! This store is part of a small chain with another store in Pembroke Pines and one in Cooper City. Litchi Snow Ice offers acai and poke bowls, snow ice, smoothies, Thai rolled ice cream, and black and green tea. As soon as I saw the Butterfly Litchi Tea, I knew that was what I wanted. The blue in the tea is from the Butterfly Pea Flower. It is made from a dried, cobalt blue flower that is native to Southeast Asia. Its scientific name is Clitoria ternatea. Butterfly Pea Flower is a bright blue color and it is sometimes used as a food coloring. When you add the acid of lemon it turns a violet color. I don't see it offered very often so when I do find it I always order it. They even added my favorite popping boba. While I waited for my drink to be made I checked out the fun walls covered in post it notes. You can add your own message to the wall. I loved my butterfly tea. It was the perfect amount of sweetness and so refreshingly delicious. I am a Litchi Snow fan and will definitely be on the lookout for their other locations when the next boba tea craving strikes. read more

This cafe hasn't hosted any cupsleeve events to my knowledge and every time I've gone has been out of sheer craving, which is how you know it's real. There is defiantly a hype for this place, so had to check it out. Came in here, had to wait in line to place my order. I got an Açai bowl. I sat down along with the other customers that ordered and waited. And waited. And waited. I am also 6 months pregnant so waiting for food isn't a fun way to pass time. Once everyone who was originally waiting with me left, I got up and asked where was mine. They had finished making my bowl wayyyy before and placed it in a fridge as a to go order. I don't mind mistakes but if one person is waiting alone for a long time you should ask them what they ordered to make sure you didn't make a mistake on your end. Having the customer ask and then not apologize is also not great. Besides that, the price was reasonable and the taste was good. Nothing out of this world, it was simply okay. I will come back and try out a drink since that's what the hype has been mostly about. They also have punch cards so make sure to get one when you stop by. read more

Drinks: I wish the worker told us that we could adjust the sugar and ice level of the drinks because it wasn't intuitive nor listed on the menu (at least somewhere noticeable. I order the original tea with no sugar. And I will say I was actually surprised to taste very little sugar! Most boba places I say no sugar bc the boba is usually sweet so I never want to add additional sugar to it, but I was actually missing some sweetness lol.
