From the moment we arrived, it was a revolving door of regulars, school kids, and everyone in between grabbing quick lunch wraps and smoothies. We ordered the Chicken Caesar and Mexican Chicken on spinach wraps. They asked if we'd like any modifications, but we kept them as-is. Both were well-portioned, not overly large, and very tasty. We also shared a large Mango Magic smoothie, and I have to say, it was exactly what a large smoothie should be. The portion was generous, and it can be customized to your liking. A great value for the size. There were a few tables available, so we took a moment to sit and enjoy our lunch. While we were there, the steady stream of customers never seemed to slow down, which we always take as a good sign. My husband's friend suggested this place because he went before and said it was really good so I decided to try it out. We entered and it was pretty clean and we were welcomed by staff. It's a nice cozy shop. After reviewing the menu because there was a nice amount of options to choose from I asked a staff member if there were any favorites and they did give some recommendations. I'm a girl that likes kale in her smoothies so I was able to add it to the Apple Berry. My husband got the Mango Maui. Both were so good and the size was well worth the money. Not only have, I never seen prices go up despite rising inflation, but I love their commitment to helping the community by providing part-time employment for people going through the rehabilitative criminal justice reform system as well. I only ever order from the second to right hand column, these are the supplement infused smoothies, and they are just amazing. Not only do they have a protein and nutrient packed " power pro" smoothie for just six dollars but they have a number of other varieties including the energizer, immune booster, and more that all include vitamins and minerals at no added cost. Additionally, their wraps and sandwiches are delicious. I've tried the chicken Caesar wrap many times, and it never never disappoints. Decided to stop by for a quick bite and am so happy to say, the quality has stayed consistently good and I didn't feel like poo after eating it. I had the Italian wrap and my partner had the turkey club. Both were light and fresh and customizable. We each had a smoothie which was refreshing given the summer temps. This is the first time in a long time I've been back to this location in Pembroke Pines. This place has been around for a long time and has a committed following for a good reason. Still the great food I used to enjoy on a weekly basis. I ordered the southwestern chicken wrap and it was really good. I wanted to try something different than my ordinary chicken Caesar salad wrap and it didn't disappoint. However, I do like the Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap better so that will be what I get next time. If it's not broken, don't try to fix it. I also like the Peanut D'Butter Smoothie . You can make your smoothie light and low calorie or you can opt for the smoothies that offer more calorie dense ingredients. I always like to add a scoop of protein to my smoothies. They offer vegan and regular dairy-based proteins. I obviously choose the vegan option always. One of the great things about this place is that the prices are very low for the quality of food/drinks you get. I think that's why so many people visit, not only because of the yummy food but the prices are unbeatable. I've visited this location a few times and realized I never reviewed them! This location can easily be missed, it is inside of a shopping plaza. Parking is not an issue, the parking lot is pretty big. Inside this store has a few places to sit. They have a big smoothie menu and they also sell sandwiches! My son loves the Italian.. The smoothies are very good and are made to order.. there is a separate add-on menu for things such as chia seeds, flax, protein powder. etc... My go-to is a strawberry banana with yogurt with chia and flax seeds.. Service is super fast and friendly. We will be back for sure! read more

I was looking for a place to grab a bite & a smoothie and found Power Smoothie. It's located in a large shopping plaza with ample parking. The cafe has a few tables inside to dine-in. The decor seemed retro perhaps a bit outdated but appeared well maintained. After reviewing the menu I asked what kind of tuna they used in their tuna salad. I received a confused look followed by an I don't know. The employee was willing to go check the tuna can but I wasn't feeling it so I opted for just a smoothie. The smoothie was good. It was blended well. But it was a bit on the sweet side for my taste. I was advised they use tamarind sugar as a sweetener. Perhaps if/when I visit next time I'll omit the tamarind sugar. read more

Quick fuel for a good price! I came here after running a 5K and was in need for some serious fuel! My friend has been talking about this place because they offer great smoothies for a cost lower than most places. We finally were able to come on Monday morning after our training and it did not disappoint! I got the Peanut D'Butter and LOVED it! I usually want some chocolate with my peanut butter smoothies but the flavor was exactly what I was looking for. If you like your smoothies more on the decadent side rather than fruity like me, this is for you! I also added some whey to get that protein in after my run and it still tasted good, not chalky at all. Plus, it kept my hunger sustained from 10AM til 3PM, so I'm impressed. This cool little spot was great for a quick lunch pickup. Although they seemed pretty busy with orders and the foot traffic was also heavy, they move fast. We ordered a wrap and a smoothie each. With the wraps, you chose your protein and add as much toppings and veggies as you please. We both had the grilled chicken wrap but the meat was cold and I wasn't given the option to toast it so I'll try the turkey wrap next time. I also ordered a Mango Berry smoothie. It wasn't as tart or powerful as I thought it would be, compared to Smoothie King, but I love that subtle natural flavor. The consistency of the smoothie was really good, it even made it to my house about 15 minutes away and didn't melt. It's a tiny place located in pembroke pines next to Brus room the restaurant. Very convenient and not bad prices offering smoothies, salads, wraps and pita wraps. They employees are very nice and patient with you when debating what to order and what it comes with. They have recently updated there menu and prices to make it more clearly on what your food comes with. If ordering a salad or wrap you have a variety of vegetables that you can add, with no extra charge. I would say the menu items range around 7$, not bad. They also make the smoothies there fresh to order and a huge list of different kinds. Additional items to smoothies are offered including examples of flax seed, protein etc around 79 cents and up for the additional items. We decided to order the chicken salad salad and the chicken cesar wrap. Everything came out really good, just wish there was a little more meat. But very flavorful. I like cranberries in my salad and unfortunately they dont have any so I added that and croutons when I got home. I feel they do a good job mixing the contents in so you don't taste it. Just a great flavorful drink... you won't even feel like you're drinking protein, but you'll get all the supplements protein brings. Now that is the whey it should be! Love this place. I've been coming here for over 3 years now. The Italian and the chicken salad wrap is the bomb dot com. All their ingredients are soooo fresh! This place is always PACKED but they always have a bunch of people working so the line moves rather quickly. It's located next to Brus room on pines... you can't miss it! There's more than enough parking since there's a huge parking lot for the plaza. The prices here are awesome. It's hard to find a place here in South Florida that doesn't rip you off on "good healthy food." The decor inside is definitely outdated but I think it gives it charm for that "mom and pop" style eatery. The price ranges of the smoothies are average like every place form $4-5 depending on what you like to add on. I got the banana berry good.
