We ordered 4 appliances via Home Depot (full kitchen). First delivery was canceled unexpectedly the day of. Second delivery resulted in only the refrigerator being installed, dishwasher was left in the garage because they didn't have the tools; the microwave and oven range weren't packed on the truck and were left at the warehouse. Yet the installers went ahead and rehung our microwave by one screw, and replaced our oven gas line with a gas dryer line, clearly not safe with the wrong adapters. Third delivery, the microwave and oven range weren't delivered but not installed. The microwave was clearly dropped and had a massive dent in the back and couldn't be installed because they can't drill through tile. The oven range couldn't be installed because they didn't have the correct installation kit. Each of the three delivery days, I had to take time off from work, and now I'll need to take more time off yet still to get the remaining three appliances installed. So here we are with no microwave, gas oven range, or dishwasher... 7 days before we are set to host for Christmas. Do not order from a local Home Depot unless you ensure they are not using this company for delivery or installation. read more

Ras logistics is the worse we received notification we were to be the 3rd stop then they called and said because of an impending snow storm they had to cancel, the roads were still fine cancelling because of impending when they are a few miles awsy! I understand all of their bad reviews! read more

I have never in my life dealt with a company so incompetent. If you live in the Grand Rapids MI area and order from Wayfair please be aware that this company is contracted by Wayfair to deliver their products. If they cannot find your address for whatever reason plan on waiting another week to receive your delivery if your lucky. The customer service is horrible. They will blame you for their mistakes. Don't even think that asking for a manager will do you any good either. The facilities manager Nate is just as incompetent. Think your going to talk to his manager to get your issue resolved? Think again. He will refuse to give you his managers name. I will not order from any company that uses RAS Logistics as their contracted delivery partner. I cancelled my order. Nothing is worth the hassle involved with dealing with this company. read more

I had the BEST experience with RA Logistics in Grand Rapids. They texted me to confirm delivery, and offered multiple days for delivery. I was able to easily change the scheduled deliver to a day later to accommodate my schedule. I originally received a 12 hr window, then they gave me a 4 hour window the day before. They called and gave me a 15 minute warning of arrival and asked if that would work for me. Ryan and Adam were so nice and efficient. They were careful with my couch, and assembled and placed it just where I needed. SO impressed, honestly. The 1 star reviews make me sad because this company really is great. read more

Absolutely the worst experience! Received an email with a 12hr delivery window but the item never arrived. When I called the following morning I was told that the 12 hr window was not a confirmation. I will be sent a 4 hr window on the day of delivery. This information was not conveyed in an email or phone call. I had someone waiting at my home all day and a plumber available to install the freestanding tub from Wayfair. Research the delivery company to be used. read more

The first time they attempted to deliver my dishwasher, they broke a valve under my sink off and tried to sneak away while it was actively spraying water. my new dishwasher was also crushed and needed to be re-ordered. The second time they attempted to deliver my dishwasher, they damaged our kitchen cabinets and completely botched it. Good lord, what a headache. read more

Do NOT let these people deliver your appliance. When you call your local number to complain that a service tech has, inevitably it seems, broken something in your home, that number will take you to the corporate office. They don't know who you're trying to get a hold of. Ryan? Never heard of him!  No way they could find out. And the truth is, even if you get his number, you'll have to leave a message and he just won't call you back. If you contact Home Depot (or Costco or whichever misguided behemoth engaged the services of R.A.S.) they will say it's on R.A.S. to fix. Even though you didn't pay R.A.S. - they did. So they're the ones who have leverage, not you. I recommend using your leverage - if you are fortunate enough to see this review before you've made your purchase - with the appliance box store. Refuse to buy an appliance that will be delivered by R.A.S. I am out $75 for a gas valve that R.A.S. broke, claimed was corroded, and then turned out not to be when I had someone in to replace it. But, a Grand Rapids woman on Yelp had her basement destroyed. I've seen other horror stories. Look up the google reviews on all the R.A.S. locations. Let your box store know you won't have them in your home. read more

I'm in the same situation as most of the people that have ordered from Wayfair and used this company for delivery. I sat from 3pm to 8pm for my delivery and the driver called at 8:02 to tell me they were "really behind" but would be here by 9pm. I said that's fine I'll be here. No response. Then the driver said ok they'd call when they were close. 930pm came and went. No call. No show. I called Wayfair who then called the delivery company and the drivers cell number and got no response. If this is the company they insist on using, I won't be ordering anything that can't be delivered by UPS or FedEx. read more

Dangerously incompetent service. Upon 'installing' my gas powered dryer the workmen hooked the dryer to the gas line poorly, eventually causing a leak. Additionally, they did not attach the venting at all. Instead, they hung the venting up to make it look like it was attached. To be clear, the tubing to vent the dryer was not attached to the dryer in any way, or to the outside. This is incredibly dangerous with any gas appliance, with the potential for carbon monoxide accumulation in the home and the very real possibility of being silently and odorlessly poisoned to death. We are incredibly lucky nothing terrible happened with this level of utter disregard for safety and extreme incompetence. Considering legal action. read more

Bought a furniture set from Wayfair and it didn't fit good into the room I needed it so I did a return they gave me a 4-Hour window I sat here all day waiting for them they didn't show up no one called and then when I called oh our offices are closed we won't be open till after Memorial Day . I am not thrilled with this company. No call no show the first delivery date. Would not schedule morning or afternoon for reschedule...only day and I am told I will be notified one business day prior for morning or afternoon. No apology for no call no show. Terrible customer service. read more

Terrible service! Missed delivery with no call, no text. Assigned a new delivery window when they were actually closed! When you call the phone number provided, it just goes to an anonymous voicemail. They are supposed to deliver a Wayfair product, but who know if it will ever arrive. They are the worst possible option for delivery. read more
