First they had to remove my previous manicure from my nails, which took a while but I did not mind because I'm trying to keep my nails healthy. My cuticles grow fairly fast, so they also needed to be trimmed, and during this, my manicurist nicked my cuticles on numerous fingers- causing them to bleed. The manicurist was aware of it and apologized throughout the appointment. The manicure also wasn't the cleanest job I've had either. She was still very apologetic for my cuticles, and gave me a coupon for my next visit to make it right, acknowledging that this is not a normal experience. Given all of this, I still really liked the service and would still consider going back.

They are still wanting to do more with the decor like chandeliers and such, but will need to do that as they're able. But in the meantime, it's a beautiful, open and airy salon. Prices are good and Kelly really cares about pleasing her customers. She cares about the work she does and works hard. I had SNS done and also got my eyebrows tinted for the first time. I live in Lexington, and I drove 25 minutes to get to the salon. I make appointments for a reason...I have other things to do. I do not show up late for them.
