Upon entering a friendly guy, Ismael, greeted me and partner. I informed him of what service we currently have and what we wanted. He listened, offered suggestions, was knowledgeable of the policies, procedures. He's been a rep for 2 years and you would think he was doing it longer; great service, transaction. Due to his and his supervisor's partnership to ensure they gained my business, they now have 5 lines transferred from AT&T. Thanks guys!!

Mayra said my screen protector insurance was for my old phone and I would have to buy a new one although the phone agent told her that the insurance covered any phone on the line because the insurance is connected to my number, but she refused to cooperate and barely let the phone agent talk, so the phone agent decided to mail the screen protector. Mayra was vey unpleasant and unprofessional not even cooperating with her colleague.
