When it shipped to me I took ot up there and changed it out, jumped my car, it fired right up. Here a week later...my car is spitting sputtering, misfiring...gotta be either spark plugs or fuel injectors. But I just had that done I THINK. We dropped my SUV off to have the transmission checked due to the age and mileage of the vehicle. It was driving fine, no noises, changing gears correctly, etc. They recommended that we clean and flush everything just as preventative maintenance and we agreed. After the cleaning, the car now jerks into gear and my transmission light is on. Their excuse was that cleaning it can uncover issues that were there and is a common possibility. Yeah, ok. I was charged for a diagnostic assessment and the transmission cleaning so basically I paid them several hundred dollars to have my car run WORSE than before I brought it in. In addition, they never answer the phone, come and go in between business hours with no notice, and they kept my car for 5 days with no updates or information provided unless we called multiple times. Do not recommend at all.

We pulled into CVS across the street, when Sharkey the owner came over to assess the problem. He determined that the bearings and buddy bearing came loose and caused the problem. We moved the camper over to the back yard and stored it for over 4 days until the parts came in to repair the bearings and wheel. Their pricing was very fair and got our unit back on the road.
