Unfortunately, I can't get tires rotated in less than two hours. My last oil change here- they failed to put in a crush washer and I leaked oil all over my garage. When I took it back to the manager, he told me they just forgot to wipe it down. So I took it home and it leaked some more. I now use a floor jack and rotate my own tires in 10 minutes. I go to a different oil change joint that is cheaper. Can't recommend this store at all. Ceder City store is much better.

If a tire would have deflated while traveling down the highway at 55 miles per hour, we would have dragged our Jeep down the road. If I had not checked tires half way down and found that a tire was low on air and reinflated it. This could have been a problem and an expensive lawsuit. I took it to the dealer, who wrote me up a service order for $2600. I suspected that Matt's could beat that price. I left the truck at Matt's, but Matt called me after 20 minutes, and said I needed to come back to the shop. That worried me a little, but when I got there, he had my truck up on the lift, and showed me that all 4 items the dealer said needs replacing, were sound and didn't need repair or replacement at all. Saved me $2600 (less the cost of the shocks that he pointed out were in poor condition..and then almost all the road noise went away!). That sure cemented me to use only Matt's. Brought my cargo trailer in prior to a long road trip, and I wanted them to check everything out. They did, and when I offered to pay, he said "No charge. Didn't take us long, and you're a good customer..." or something like that. I am a mechanical idiot, but they never talk down to me, or make me feel stupid. And I always get a fair price from them. No wonder they are rated #1 in Iron County so frequently.
