My car overheated, so I took it in. They had it for three days and kept telling me someone would call me with an estimate. After the third time I called them they told me it would be a $5100 head gasket repair. I called another shop that said if it was the head gaskets, it would only be $2500. But when I took it to them, they just replaced the radiator cap, filled it with coolant, and I've had absolutely no issues ever since. DO NOT GO HERE! After an entire month & $5500+ later: my Subaru was not fixed. I am a park ranger and rely on my car. They left me stranded wit out in New Harmony (no services) during the holidays (couldn't see family) while I waited for my Subaru Forester engine to be fixed. This should have taken 3 days according to all other shops and dealers I checked with. Roadrunner gave my car back with a leaky oil pan..etc. Sloppy, lazy, rude, RIPOFF. I called to see if my car would be ready before Christmas, as promised, and got the worst customer service I've ever received. Nathan put me on hold 3 times then set the phone down and yelled to everyone: "Someone pick up the other line! Erica is on the phone and she loves to talk so I have to give her my undivided attention!!!" Especially if you are a women, do not go here. This is how you will be treated even if you remain calm and patient. Going into the 2nd month dealing with the mess, I was too exhausted to go back. Subaru came through for me and covered the $3000 it took to fix their poor seal errors while giving me a rental car. Take my advice: go to the dealer. UPDATE: I contacted Subaru and told them how I was swindled out of thousands of dollars from Roadrunner and left with an unsafe, leaky car. The dealership in St. George replaced my engine in 2 days and put me in a nice rental for FREE. Please do not wast your time with this awful "business". After I was left stranded and missed the holidays with my family they finally gave me a "rental" vehicle. They should have done that much SOONER. Then they gave my car back leaking and not working properly. Shame on all of you for running such a shady place. I DESERVE MY MONEY BACK or I will see you in court. read more

Had an issue with our rental car where we were having to add air to a tire twice a day and didn't have the option to return it for another so we looked for a tire shop to check it out. I found this place on Yelp and it had good reviews and looked like what I needed so I gave them a call. They said to have the car there and they would look at the tire within 30-40 minutes. It was about a 25 minute drive from where we were staying so that worked out great. Got there and within a short time they had the car in checking it out. Ended up having an air leak around a plug. These guys had the tire fixed and we were on our way within a short time so we could continue our vacation. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and as far as pricing this place was a great value! Would definitely recommend going here if you have issues with your vehicle! read more

First off, highly recommend. Was driving through Zion on my way from Florida to California and my truck was making some funny metal creaking type sounds so when I climbed under and noticed my transfer case was leaking I decided I should probably get it fixed ASAP. Roadrunner was recommended by the hotel stuff at La Quinta in Springdale, so I went there and the guys immediately came out to look. He crawled under and saw the transfer case, then looked at all my u joints and noticed my one was pretty far gone (hence the metal creaking)so he got a quote for me of 156 before tax. Had to get the seal for my transfer case from the Toyota dealer so it took a couple hours to get there, but as soon as it got in, it was done in less than 2 hours and we were back on the road for 114 bucks. Can't beat that! Brian helped us out with trying to figure out stuff to do in the mean time, and we ended up going to Zion Helicopters for a ride while we waited. Highly recommend both businesses, should I ever break down around there again, I will definently know where to go first. read more

Nate was good to us and when I had been told by a different mechanic that I needed struts Nate let me know that the struts only solved part of the problem. My car had been shaking for way longer than I care to admit. The CV joints were bad too. I believe the other mechanic would have brought that up after the struts with more charges. Nate also pointed out the life of the rest brakes. We chose to replace them. It was more work than we planned but done right. A side note....super clean bathroom! Bonus points. read more

Had heard that they did a great job from a lot of people. I just took my car to another shop because every time I took it in the things that were supposed to be fixed weren't, not only that I have a serious oil leak that they never told me about. They passed my car on inspection and the other car place showed me where the cords are showing through. I have not driven it 100 miles since then. I am not impressed with what the have not done on this car. Watch your repairs and ask for you old parts. Just for the record the oil leak was very obvious and as to the tires how cords show through in less than 100 miles I don't know. I did bring the car back the coolant sensor was addressed 4 times and nothing done. The tire pressure sensor was talked about 3 times. The still don't work properly do you really need more chances than that. read more

I have been going to Road Runner for over 25 years then 3 weeks ago they told me they were too busy to put struts ($800.00 job) on my SUV. Then told me to hurry and get it done or it will mess up my tires they just put on. (another $700.00). This made me really sad to think that this (use to be) amazing business doesn't care and is so neglectful of customers. So I thought I would give them another chance and called yesterday. I have previously been working with Nate on this and asked about a electrical system to hook up my SUV to a trailer I purchased. (Which they installed the towing hitch another $400.00) Nate was wonderful but now he is gone!! Sad I think my days at Road Runner are over. read more

Its hard to trust a shop that didn't take responsibility for something that might have killed me. My tire fell while I was driving, the cause? there were only two lugnuts on my front wheel! I brought it to the shop months ago and had asked them to replace the lugnuts along with the rack and pinion so that I could get a safety on the car. The person that does safety inspections wasn't in the day the car was finished and so we took the car somewhere else to get the safety done, obviously both shops messed up but the weight of responsibility fell on the company I paid to get my car clear for inspection. I had to fork out 500 dollars of my own money for negligence on Roadrunner's. The employee who was originally working with me quit, I had in writing and on the original invoice that the lugnuts were to be replaced. I was told by (name removed) that this request would betaken care of and that I should't worry about it. He left and whoever took over neglected this situation. I insist everyone I meet around here doesn't go to Roadrunner to have any reliable professional service done on their car. read more

On vacation from CA to Zion and had a heck of a start. Broken down in mesquite, Nevada. Got fixed up by one mechanic. Got to Zion River Resort and the truck died again. After fighting cell phone reception issues and making phone calls to local RV shops, I was put on to Road Runner. I called the shop and Logan answered and after listening to my epic trip so far told me to come down and he would look at the truck and get me back on road. He said he would have parts waiting. I arrived and they immediately took the truck in and started working on it. Just under two hours later , I was out the door and back to my family enjoying vacation. Brody explained to me what he did and took the time to speak with me about the truck. Logan and another coworker offered great company and tips for visiting Zion and the surrounding areas. Way better service than any CA shop. Wished I lived here, this would be my shop for sure. Plus several people that came in were locals and said it was the best shop around. Brought my truck in the other day due to antifreeze leak, I was told that the head gaskets were blown and the engine needed to be replaced. A job totaling in at least $3500..The truck that I just bought less than a week ago for the exact same amount. I communicated this to the guy I bought it from and we decided to see what we could do as far as determining if we should proceed with the repair. Checked to see if there were any fluids in the oil and reconnected some hoses. Truck is working fine, and the engine sounds perfect. Head gaskets are fine. I came in do you get my AC fixed and said that another place was trying to charge me a ridiculous amount of $1000 I knew there was no way It was that expensive and was hoping for a better experience here. They told me that my compressor was broken when I proceeded to tell them that I had just changed it last year and they said sometimes the part malfunctions. So I went ahead and let them put it in but it did not fix it so I called them back and they told me they would be charging me another $260 to put a new condenser in. that didn't sound right to me. So I had a family member look at it and it was a $20 piece to fix they did not give me my money back for not knowing what they were doing I wouldn't recommend this place. I felt like they treated my wallet like it was theirs. don't go especially if your a girl. read more

OH MY GODS!! I cannot begin to say how amazing our experience was here! My boyfriend and I are one day into a two week road trip and the fuel pump goes out on us. Big bummer. We get towed to ROADRUNNER at 545, 15 minutes before they close. We are told that we will hear from them the next day, of. BUT, Brett, (what a sweetheart!) diagnoses the problem in 5 minutes, orders the part which arrives 20 minutes later, and has us back on the road by 645!
