This problem had been happening but I had purchased a new battery and new starter at home before I left for vacation. I am so grateful that Greg diagnosed and fixed the problem. I finally took it to another local shop that fixed it for even less - 11,760.00. This Gino guy is something else, looked me right in the eye and smiled and said when did you want to drop it off. I said no thanks and walked right out the door and heard him mumbling something to his wife. I did some digging into these people and found they had tons of negative reviews at their shop in california. What a surprise. They either left CA because they couldnt afford it anymore, or more likely because lots of people were mad at them. Don't be surprised if he charges you $1200 to fix a PCV hose that takes 5 minutes.

We were on a two-car trip from Arizona to Seattle when every warning light on our Subaru Forester…read morestarted flashing. It happened at a very difficult time and place, about 150 miles east of St. George and in a snow storm. We stopped in Kanab for an engine test and were told that the transmission had developed a problem that would disable the All-Wheel-Drive. We were told that driving to St. George would not cause further damage to the transmission but the snow storm, without all-wheel-drive, resulted in a very cautious drive to St. George. We called ahead to St. George Transmission and they were familiar with that particular Subaru problem and they had the parts in stock. We decided that our other car, a Ford Transit 350 van handled even worse than the Subaru so while St. George Transmission fixed the Subaru, we had Snow tires put on the van. We have fond memories of St. George and, especially of St. George Transmission. They made our Forester safe to drive, even though the snow storm got worse as we drove on to Seattle. Great company and staff is very knowledgeable in Subaru transmission problems.
