No kind of relief even with the windows open. it's not warm enough for an AC unit to be put in and I wouldn't trust putting one in as I live in the garden unit. I have 2 small children and the fact that they know this, didn't deter them from turning up the heat for no good reason and having it run continuously day and night. there are other children in this building. i have not been to sleep since last night. the heat is unbearable. someone needs to handle this immediately before I contact the city about this.

We have never not received our full deposit. After moving out we returned to put out the trash bins and they still said we left trash. While trying to buy a house we asked to rent on a short term. GC wanted another deposit and 2x the rent. As time went by and got closer to the end of our lease they then were willing to work with us. We NEVER were late on rent and kept the place spotless. Then he said he needed to find something else wrong with the property to report otherwise he woudl get in trouble. So he took a picture of some chipped paint (that was there since we moved in) and turned that in. Mind you, we reported SEVERAL issues with the property during our move-in inspection report, but none of them have ever been addressed. They're making their techs find issues so they can charge the landlords more money for sending out people to the property unnecessarily. Anytime We've tried to get help with something they've made it as complicated as can be. The communication is chaotic and unorganized and poor. It's clear this company cares much more about making money than they do helping their tenants.

I had planned on attending an open house, as stated in an email received by the broker. I reached out to the broker a day in advance, confirming that I would be in attendance. Although this was an "Open Showing," I wanted to offer the heads up to ensure that the broker could expect me. I arrived to the property at 10:30 am and notified via text upon arrival, as instructed. After waiting a few minutes with no response, I decided to phone the broker. I called twice with no answer. I stuck around for approximately 15 minutes before I decided to call it quits. No longer than 30 minutes later, I received a brief text message from the broker stating that the showing had been canceled due to an emergency and that I should have received an email regarding the cancellation. Not only was an email not received, but I also had not received follow up from my previous email. I understand that emergencies tend to be unforeseen but a lack of communication at this level was highly unprofessional and distasteful. First impressions are extremely valuable and this is a poor reflection of the agency.
