I hired them to take care of my lawn, and it honestly looks worse now than when they started. They were consistently late, the staff were rude, the work was rushed and sloppy. Patches of grass were left uncut, edges were uneven, and they left clippings all over my driveway and flower beds. Customer service was no better, calls and emails went unanswered for days, and when I finally got someone on the phone, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I was even charged for a service that was never performed, and getting that resolved was like pulling teeth. Save your money and your lawn, hire literally anyone else.
