They carefully dug out all the stumps, taking care to avoid any underground utilities. On top of that, they removed about 3" of gravel, cleared out all the remaining weeds and trash, and hauled everything away for disposal. So, I texted him and asked him if he is still coming and told him to call me anytime. He replied and said, "ok." He still didn't come. I texted him a few more times, called him (no answer), and emailed him. I never received a reply. The next day, I wrote an email and text to him asking him what had happened as I don't want to write a negative review without first discussing the matter. He never replied. It has been 6 days now, and still no reply. So unfortunately, I have to give this company 1 star. They never showed up, never gave me an explanation why and I lost a vacation day in the process.
