Two Men and a Truck not only were able to accommodate my last minute move, but they even beat the price of my original company. The day of the move, my movers arrived right on time with what I was told. I had a relatively easy move (1 BR apartment, furniture only, no boxes...moving 5 miles down the road) so they were able to load my property in around 20 minutes. They took great care to protect my items from damage during transportation. Once loaded, I went ahead of them to my new apartment and was told they were right behind me. This is my ONLY slight concern of the entire move process...it took them about 30 minutes longer to get to my new apartment when it should only be a 10 minute drive. When paying in 15 min increments, this was mildly concerning. However, I will give them the benefit of the doubt as I'm not sure if they were still securing my property in the truck when I went ahead of them. At my new apartment, again, they were very efficient and careful in unloading my property and setting it up. Took maybe 25 minutes to unload everything. All in all, they finished the job almost to the minute of the time that I was originally quoted, so no additional charges or surprises. I would highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future.

The tiles were installed poorly and are crooked. The curb for the shower doesn't slant properly, allowing water to leak out. They scratched the expensive bidet toilet. They didn't install the faucets in the sink properly. There are chips in the tile because they didn't take the spacers out quickly enough. They were late. They left garbage in my garage for weeks. They didn't measure things correctly. Awful experience. I had to be there every minute to supervise or they would have done even more wrong. They were going to use a toxic substance to clean the grout off the tiles after leaving it on for weeks. I had to call the store, the manufacturers of the grout and what they wanted to use, and finally to TELL THEM what they needed to get. Not my job! Don't use them.

Their estimate was fair and i just got a good vibe from Jose Quintanilla who I dealt with primarily. My instincts were spot on. They did the job as professional as you could hope for, not one splash of paint out of place. THe wood problem was worse than we thought once the wood was taken out (it was and I was told by my regular handyman this was probably the case that we'd find more issues as we removed wood); They dealt with this as no problem and the up charge on the additional work was more than fair as well. Terrific people, good communicators (we had a lot of rain delays, and Jose was on top of keeping me abreast of what they planned to do and when, I wasn't left to wonder when are they coming back...) and overall nice people to have around working on your house.

First came and power washed everything a few days before, then on first day of painting removed all old caulk and re-caulked, plus filled any holes. Gave everything 2 coats and on one part that was stain actually gave 3 coats. Original quote did not include foundation, soffit, gutters, front and rear stairs but Jose added those in at a reasonable price, so had those done too. Also painted chimney at no extra charge, On top of all this they completed the job in 2 days. Could tell from first time I had Jose come out to give me a quote he was very knowledgeable and passionate about his business and painting, which I really liked.
