I informed the sales woman who eventually approached me that I was interested in a particular office desk and cabinet set and asked for a quote. I got the feeling that she was not very interested in my business, but I figured it was all in my head. She then took my email and phone number.......and that's the last I heard from her. No call, no email.......no communication. I went back today to see if there was another salesperson I can speak to, unfortunately they were closed.....it was Saturday. Is it normal to wait so long for a quote? I hate that I have to write this review, but something about the sales woman's approach towards me rubbed me the wrong way. It might just be in my head, but if six days have passed and no one has contacted me to follow up.....is it really just in my head?

We wanted to cancel our services because of not using their service because we never received the new equipment. When we were told we needed new equipment they had us sign an agreement for the Equipment. You know the equipment we never received. When we called today we finally had enough and asked to cancel our service. Evidently we would have to pay $300 to cancel our service because we signed that agreement for the equipment, that we cant use, because it never was sent to us..... Do not go with these guys. If you only send out a small amount of mail a week its cheaper just to get stamps.

The machine stopped working after 7 months…read more Technical support failed to come up with a solution after two long trouble shooting phone calls, so FP determined that the machine needed to be replaced. The company failed to send a replacement for 3 months and has continued to charge monthly fees despite their equipment being non-functional. Each follow up call was at least a 30 minute fiasco with each department / agent blaming the other departments / agents for the issues. I would highly recommend finding a different company to work with.

There's one guys who usually helps me out and he's always at the front desk, otherwise, I get attitude or just never see anyone else. Even though I order most of my office supplies online, sometimes I need something quick so I'll stop in here. I really like that it's right down the road from my office now. They have the cutest little office knick knacks that I have to resist every time. I've been reading about the print service Office Depot offers, so I'll have check it out sometime.

Everything I got is top quality at a price within reach. People get a good first impression from the furniture and I couldn't be more pleased with it. The installers were really great and the senior one had worked there for several decades, that alone tells me that this is a good company both to work for and do business with. The installer told me the story of the first time he had installed my furniture when they sold it to the original owner, and about when he refinished it when the company let the owner trade it in. Amazing. I literally searched all over Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin to try to find used traditional furniture and this company was the only one with any real choices in furniture. If I ever expand my office space, Second Systems will be my first call for more furniture.

They even have office chairs, which they will assemble for a fee. They have a Copy/Print Center, which I have not used. The service is friendly. This does not even count as a complaint, but the store has a very "messy" feel to it. There are too many displays of varying heights. It is not unclean, it just feels like it could use some straightening up.
