When I mentioned seeing one of the chairs he had (but was out of stock of) at another retailer, he actually made a disparaging remark about what to expect regarding quality from the other retailer. So I asked him "are you saying Lafuma sends lower quality chairs to XYZ??" to which he said "Yes." Unbelievable, you just lost all credibility with me by bashing another retailer and insinuating that a reputable company like Lafuma sends only quality product to Relax The Back and inferior quality elsewhere.
