The butcher came out from the back and said they never cut them bigger than what they had in the case currently, but that he would do it anyway. They sent us home with a lower quality cut of beef and charged us the price of the 361 strip, when it was clearly not the same amount of marbling. We felt like we ruined their day. Now we go to Montray's Meat Market and have never been treated like an inconvenience.
