When I contacted them (Kim) she told me I shouldn't have given the driver my debit card, (which I did not) and they will not refund my money. I will not do any further business with this company and suggest that any one reading this review use caution when searching for a cab/taxi service in Charleston, SC. Someone at their office named Kenny sent me an email back within minutes letting me know they had cancelled the reservation and that I would be refunded. When I returned from vacation two weeks later, the refund had not yet processed, so I emailed Kenny at his company email. Mailtrack (an app for Gmail) indicated that Kenny read the email within the hour. No response. I sent another email the next day. Kenny read it within the hour. No response. To this day, the refund has never been processed. Finally had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company.
