It was a heavy meal, but I managed to put away almost all of it along with scoops of extra okra, fried potatoes, tomatoes and pasta in a side dish together, and black eyed peas. I could only manage to eat two rolls and had one where they put a helping of sorghum syrup which I rarely ever see anymore. I grew up on this very kind of food with my southern parents cooking so this place really hit the spot.
