The outer is wearing out much faster than the inner. These tires should last over 60k. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR ALIGNED THERE. I will not do business with them ever again. Edit: I got a 2nd opinion from another alignment shop in town and the alignment on my car appeared to be correct. I'm not sure what caused the uneven wear, especially on the outside of the tires. After driving for only 2 days (200 miles), my oil pressure light came on. When I checked the dipstick, there was no oil at all in the engine. I had to get the car towed back to Walmart, and they admitted the oil filter had been installed incorrectly. They refunded my Uber ride to Walmart since i couldn't drive my car, the oil change, and the replacement filter I had to buy because they didn't have one in stock. I thought the issue was resolved, but a few hundred miles later I noticed a large puddle of oil under my car and, again, no oil on the dipstick. I took the car to Valvoline, where they told me the oil filter had once again been installed incorrectly. My skid plate was soaked with oil from the leak. Had I not caught it, this could have caused serious engine damage. I have documentation of both incidents. I'm sharing this so others know to be very cautious about getting an oil change at this location. Two separate oil filter installation errors in such a short time is unacceptable, and it could have destroyed my engine

About an hour and a half into their 6 hour drive, the vehicle they were driving in got a flat. They put the small spare on and looked around the town they got to for a tire. Best anyone could do was to get one in next day. They made some more calls and Walmart in Rolla had a tire that would fit. By the time they made it there it was well beyond the tire center closing time (by a couple hours). They could sell the tire but not install. After speaking with the boys, the staff member said he would go ahead and put it on for them so they could continue their trip home. I don't have the associates name, but thank you! That is exceedingly above and beyond the expectations of that individuals job responsibilities. The boys did make it home that night thanks to one persons selfless actions. Thank You!

Two years ago I had Len's Auto Repair replace a coil on the back valve cover. The mechanic doing…read morethe work dropped my aluminum intake manifold and broke a corner off. They told me they were locating a used one and found one in Kentucky. Called and said vehicle was repaired and ready. Wasn't until a while later I realized they had only JB Welded the corner back onto intake and not replaced it. No issues or check engine lights so I let it be. Fast forward two years and I have an oil leak on back valve cover. I went in to get an estimate and told them, by the way, when you did the repair two years ago and YOUR employee dropped and broke it you didn't replace the intake like you said. The estimate was $973 and I said I'll do it myself. When I removed the intake the corner piece was separated from the intake. ( I JB didn't last) I took it to the shop and showed them and said all I should do is grind off old JB Weld and reapply some. I said can't you do it for me since YOUR mechanic broke it. Again, they said all I had to really do was clean it up and put some more JB on it. Once again, I said well I think you should do it since you broke it and he said well it would be a week or two because I have mechanics on vacation and etc. etc.. I just shook my head and walked out. I will never give this place anymore business and I will spread the word to all my friends and family. I advise anyone else to do the same!

The gentleman who waited on me did not listen to me when I spoke about my concerns. I had to repeat myself for the services I potentially needed. I was asked when I made the appointment if I was going to drop the car off or wait and I had asked which was a better option and was told that it didn't matter. I assumed that meant that it would not be a long wait. At 11:50, my car was still in the lot my keys on the counter. No one had come and told me about a delay. I picked up my key and left so I have no clue about the quality of their service.
