From the beginning, I was impressed that they had access to specialized robotic tools (the Dan Claw and Dan Grabber/Claw) designed for tough obstructions. On their first visit, the line was too full to get a clear visual, so those tools couldn't be used. Lesser companies might have given up--but these guys worked tirelessly all day before regrouping with us to plan a second attempt. Before they came back, I rented a trash pump and had a suction hose ready. When they returned, they didn't hesitate to crawl back under the house, insert the hose, and keep pushing until--finally--they dislodged the item wedged deep inside a second 90° turn. After days without two bathrooms, we were beyond relieved! What impressed me most was their persistence and fairness. They quoted us a flat rate upfront--only payable if they were successful. Even though it took two trips and an incredible amount of effort on their part, they honored that agreement. In today's world, it's rare to find a company that combines technical expertise, persistence, and integrity like Select Trenchless Pipelines. Gabriel tore up the tile and slab to get to the pipes. He did the repair work, replacing the broken pipe plus doing a vinyl liner to support the old pipes. Gabriel did a great job keeping everything covered from dust and made sure we had running water at night. Gabriel filled in the dirt and retiled the kitchen using his creativity to replace old tile.
