Brian and EZFlow were great. Our sewers were backed up. He had been here 4 years ago, and had recalled that visit(+). He carefully explained as we moved from the simple 100-150 foot snake, to a more expensive hydro pressure attempt(+). Brain was careful to explain the reality and his attempt s to correct(+). Finally he knew how to break the news(+). We needed new sewer lines. This was expensive and he knew how to break it to me. He showed me the damage with cameras, to existing 57 year old CLAY pipes, gnarled down under a huge sycamore tree and roots system. He was gonna do this now or later, but we were not gonna survive long. He helped me understand the work, and he gave me an estimate. Extremely competitive based on some research with HomeAdvisors. I'm so thankful for this guy! He really came and saved the day! I own a salon in Corona and the water line blew on one of my shampoo bowls and I had to turn off the main water line. I had clients with color on there hair I needed water ASAP and I called 4 plumbers and they all said they could come in the morning! But Brian came to help me! Spoke with Brian and he came out and gave us an honest service. Being a corporate business professionalism, appearance and knowledge is a must. These guys have it. My toilet system stopped working they quoted me for a brand new system and toilet. However they always try to fix the problem before replacing. This time it was an easy fix. I was not charged for the new toilet and saved a lot of money. Wow! What a gem. This company is honest and cares about building relationships with customers. After a minor scheduling error, he made it right by rushing over and fitting me in anyway, then after quickly and efficiently cleaning a stubborn clog from our kitchen drain pipe, I asked him how to pay and he told me no charge due to his error with the appointment time. I couldn't let that happen, but I was so surprised and impressed with his honesty and willingness to own the little mishap with the appointment time that he would offer his services for free to make up for it. Plumbers, I think not. Might as well call Super Mario Brothers, they probably know more about fixing a clog then these guys. So we had a problem with a clog in our toilets which appeared to be an issues with our main drain. Keep in mind we are celebrating our sons 3year birthday party the following day, so not having a toilet is a very bad situation. These clowns couldn't even find the wash out! Really, you got to be kidding me right? By the way the wash was under the bath room sink like 90% of the houses out there. So they gave my wife some BS story about going thru the roof, etc, ect... so they leave without fixing our issue. We decide to get a 2nd opinion called Green Life, they came out at 8pm found the wash out, snaked it, and pretty much saved they day. I highly recommend contacting someone other than EZ Flow plumbing, unless you want to get taking for a expensive ride. Go with Green Life, they'll take care of your issues. In regards to your comments Brian from EZ Flow, this had nothing to do with a declined insurance claim. Your company failed to locate the washout, correct? So because of this you told my wife that you would need to run a pipe through my roof which was not covered. So not only would I have had to pay you for a job that was unnecessary I would have also had to pay for a roof repair. Instead of you and your company being accountable for a bad service call, you decide to post a comment that is not accurate. Again if you would have found the washout like Greenlife did you would have been able to preform the needed service which was covered by my insurance. For this reason I would not recommend your company to anyone looking for a plumber. read more

We needed a few small things done (install new garbage disposal and faucet in kitchen and repair guest shower shut-off) but they came and gave us the estimate, then came back the next day and did the work. Some places we called didn't seem interested in such small jobs or they were far more expensive. Brian and his associate Jordan were professional and quick and they were super affordable. Do not use them. I called and Brian and co-worker came late that night and looked at my bathroom sink and scheduled for next day at 4:30pm. Quoted me $225. 4:30pm next day they don't show up. at 5pm i text him and he says he's on another job and cant come. will call me later/ Never called so i called R & B Plumbing and they said they could come in two days. Randy called me the next day to confrim and showed up on time and fixed my sink for only $180!!! DO not use Ez plumbing. Do your self a favor and call a REAL company. I hired E Z Flow Plumbing to do an expensive job and to repair a shower in the house. They got the expensive job done but messed up my landscape and a hard scape pathway. The shower was unusable for 5 months! I was patient because Brian said he would be back to take care of all the issues. It's been 10 months and he hasn't returned the landscape or pathway back to it's original condition. He fixed a pipe in the shower head but didn't install the shower head. He left a shower head that was the cheapest and so unlike the rest of my house. I complained, he said he would get something else but didn't. I got tired of calling and I'm very irritated with how he left my property. read more

I called Brian late in the evening on a weekend night"about a year ago because I had a slow leak coming from where a refrigerator used to be. Well they did a temporary fix and said they would be back the next moring to fix the leak properly. They showed up first thing in the morning. Did a great job. The sewer/water was only off part of the day, then everything worked again. The next day the city inspector showed up late and they filled in the ditch the following day, smoothed the law and re-attached the sprinklers. Well I don't usually take the time to write reviews but EZ Flow deserves it. They went past my expectations for a plumber/contractor. I just moved into a older 50's home and needed to relocate the washer and gas dryer hook ups from the back yard into the garage. I wasn't sure if it was possible or if I could afford it. After getting estimates from several other plumbers I couldn't afford it. Then their bid was hundreds less! And he was very knowledge about the best way to complete the job. With such a great price I figured the work might be sub par or cut corners but I was on a tight budget. NO WAY, they were friendly, fast, on time, up to code, clean and top notch work in every way.
