Donny helped me to look up the correct wipers and then after completing our transaction, he offered to put them on the car. I was…read moreon a solo ride from Virginia to Vermont to enjoy the Fall foliage, when I discovered that I had lost my key FOB and key on a beautiful Friday (Oct. 11, 2024). I'm not exactly sure where I lost my key but I discovered I didn't have them around Manchester, VT, and I didn't have a spare FOB. After searching the roadway for about 30-40 minutes, I decided to head to the nearest Harley dealer, which happened to be Brunswick Harley-Davidson about 50 miles away. It was certainly a long hour ride given the stress I was under; however, when I got to Brunswick Harley-Davidson, Tim, Chris, and Brittany went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I was so grateful for their professionalism, knowledge, understanding, and willingness to go the extra yard to help me resolve my predicament. They are the kind of business you should and need to check out if you're ever in the market for a Harley; genuinely good people! I go to Cycle Gear/Revzilla for all my gear. 365 Rider, the discounts are great, but the employees keep me coming back. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I ask newbie questions and they answer them respectfully, never making me feel bad and their recommendations have always been spot on. Victoria helped me purchase some heated gloves and even helped me install it on my motorcycle, even though it was so easy I could have figured it out myself. 10/10 can't wait to make more money so I can go spend it at Cycle Gear.
