I parked my motorcycle and walked into the showroom. I was greeted immediately with a "Hello and how can I help you today". I can honestly say I almost fell over. I have been ignored in several Harley.Davidson stores. Yes, it is upsetting! Woodstock Harley Davidson was extremely helpful with my questions. I was not pushed to buy anything. And I wasn't ignored. I had a bad starter on my Road Glide on the way to the HOG rally at Hunter Mountain. I spoke to Jacob in the service department and he said he'd be able to fit me in. Roadside assistance left me stranded for 5 hours, Jacob called several times to check on my wife and I. We finally got a tow to the dealership but they were closed. Jacob called me before leaving and made sure I had the drop off instructions. The next morning, Derrick diagnosed that it was just the starter. They sent someone to pick one up and had me on the road that afternoon. They had the rally going on near by, the demo truck, and they were packed all day but took care of me and the Mrs. Saved our weekend. Everyone at the dealership was amazing. Bought a brand new Road Glide that dropped a cylinder in heavy traffic on the Interstate in Ohio, nearly resulting in a serious accident.The dealer in Ohio picked it up but was unable to fix it and said it was the wiring harness. Woodstock HD said if I rented a truck to bring it back I would get reimbursed for the cost. I did that but now no reimbursement from Woodstock or Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Bill Nugent, the dealer principal, has continually lied to me and failed to follow through on anything he said he would do. Their fix for the issue was to hack out some wires and solder in new ones. The bike spent as much time on a trailer or in a truck as it did on the road. I am done with Harley-Davidson, and I'm done listening to the BS from Woodstock Harley Davidson. read more

beware: this is not a real Harley Davidson dealership. Yes they sell brand new Harley Davidson's but when you purchase it, they sell you thousands of dollars in third-party warranties. And then they don't cover , my boyfriend's bike had a bad tire and rim which he bought a expensive package to cover this and they told him it's not covered that he pay for the tire and rim there. Their warranties are only covered at that specific dealership. You cannot take your bike to any Harley Davidson. For repair also for a regular maintenance check up. They said he had a bad clutch cable. He said he wasn't gonna have it fixed there because he wrote it all the way there and it was fine when he drove it there so when he got the bike back, the clutch cable was broken and so was the clutch he could not drive the bike home. read more

Absolutely the WORST sales experience of my life. I spoke with Daniel Shook, the sales person about a new bike. He gave me all the numbers, including a $2,000 discounted price, $6,000 trade in, $500 tax credit and all the different financing payment options. I spoke with Fred, the supervisor, at length about the warranty coverage. I decided to move forward on the deal, and then all of a sudden the deal changed. When I questioned this and explained the numbers that were originally given to me, I got screamed and cursed at by Fred, the supervisor!!! He said that i wasn't given those numbers. I've never been spoken to this way by someone who wants my business. Like, really crazy. He yelled at me about all the time that they spent with me, every time I came in and sat down with them. Like I wasted a bunch of their time. I asked how many times that was. He yelled "three times!!! You sat with me twice, and once with Dan when I wasn't there!!!" I had a momentary mishap with my HD and Woodstock Harley to the rescue! I was traveling in the vicinity of Woodstock when my MC abruptly stopped...no not out of fuel, battery OK---jusp kaput! Out came the cell and a qwik call to Woodstoack Harley; a tech came on the line to assist me with troubleshooting and voila a glitch with my fuel line connection was confirmed. A qwik roadside fix was had, but being unsure of my skill I headed the 7.7 miles to Woodstock Harley for a go over and for $12 they had me on my way, fast, secure, cheap and with a smile on ALL our faces! I purchased my Harley from Woodstock HD back in 2019 on a trade in. I used them to store my bike over the winter since. I recently had loose handle bars that needed to be tighten. They wanted to Charge me $3200 to do so (13 hours of labor plus parts). I told them that was absolutely ridiculous and not to fix my bike . I picked my Harley up from there service dept and brought it to another mechanic who fixed in in 2.5 hours (no parts needed) for $250. Buyer Beware read more

Took my '99 FLSTF here to repair wiring harness due to mouse damage. This was properly repaired. However, when i picked up bike the dimwit who turned it back to me switched the fuel valve to reserve and then, half-way back on a 1-hour ride I noticed they hadn't even attached the seat properly. If I had the opportunity to see the guy who turned the bike back over to me, I would kick his butt all the way up Hwy 28 and then pull out his front teeth with pliers. Overall, an unpleasant repair experience marred by idiots. I know what good HD service is and experienced it in Milwaukee for 10 years prior to moving here. These guys are mediocre. read more

Brought my Bike in for an inspection and have the tires replaced. Normally I just bring in the tires but it needed an inspection so it made sense to leave it there. The bike is older but has always been stored inside and has relatively low miles. Seems the service manager was looking for a way to make more money so he decided to find imaginary cracks in my drive belt. As a way to demonstrate this I was sent a photo of someone twisting my belt inside out and squeezing it tight obviously cracking 2 -3 teeth. I was told it was going to cost over $850 to change the belt. In the Harley manual it states that the belt is NEVER to be turned inside out and not bent in less than a 5" diameter. Someone obviously did so and I have the photo to prove it. I have inspected the belt this year and last with a motorcycle mechanic also giving it the ok last year. Anger does not begin to describe the feeling I had when I saw someone deliberately damage one of my most prized possessions. As soon as I could I went to retrieve my Bike. I asked for the owner or manager what I got was a service manager who was the one who damaged the belt. I at first refused to pay for the wheel replacement. The inspection was not done, he stating the "unsafe" belt. Someone came up behind me and started acting like a tough guy. I let him know that I wasn't impressed and then he said he was the GM who I had asked for originally. Long and short of it is that I showed in the manual where what they had done was wrong but they will not own their mistake. I would never let them touch my Bike again and wanted to have the bill waived as recompense to having another dealer change the now damaged belt. No chance, I must pay or no bike. Woodstock Harley is dishonest to the core! I had no access to my Bike and would not leave without it, so under extreme protest I paid the tire bill of $721.50 and left. On the way home my front brake started squeaking and somehow they moved the stationary shoe(????) Don't know how that is possible and that is the reason I remove the tires myself. Understand I made my living as a mechanic for close to 3 years before I went back to construction. The GM is a bully and the service guy is incompetent. I believe this how they try to cheat customers. How many other customer's belts did they damage and then charge a bundle to replace? Is this the Woodstock vibe they try to profiteer from or the just the everyday incompetence and greedy business as usual crap that seems to be all to real a reality? Shame on you Woodstock HD! read more

Don't bother doing business here. After years of hearing bad things about Kim and the service dept. I finally found out the hard way. I brought my Cross bones in for new tires & rims among other things. The damaged my bars trying to get the bike on the lift. After trying to fix this same problem three times (loose bars) they still could not resolve it. When I went to pick the bike up the owner Kim had the balls to try and charge me for the parts and labor to fix the damage they created, really?? You damage the bike and the customer should pay for it?? After complaining loud enough she removed it from my bill but I still could not believe that they would expect me to pay for their mistake! Then I was told I was no longer allowed there...what?? After purchasing not one but three bikes and sending three other people there to buy bikes this is how you treat loyal customers. I recently wrote the new owner, Bill Nugent to see what he thought of what happened and he didn't even have the decency to write me back. One of my worst experiences ever in purchasing a new motorcycle. Dealer states they represent honesty, ambition, reliability, loyalty as well as excellence, but that clearly wasn't the case in my purchase. Dealer sold me a new bike with cosmetic damage to the rear fender that I did not discover until removing the stock seat to replace with a solo. I immediately contacted the dealership and informed them of the said damage. Dealer then stated that I must of done the damage! For the dealer to even suggest this is absolutely ludicrous, as I discovered the damage almost immediately after arriving home. I also brought the bike to several high end paint shops that specialize in cars and bikes in my home town to have inspected, and to my surprise I was told by each one that the bike has previously been worked on, and I was then shown where someone had tried to buff out the scratches. I have since reported this dealership to Harley, and have made my dissatisfaction known! In closing, if you decide to purchase your next ride from this dealership, be sure to thoroughly inspect every inch of your new ride, as I'm now stuck with a $1,000 repair bill that I'm going to have to eat. I have to admit I have never written a review. However, I feel I must comment on Woodstock HD... I consider this Harley dealership to be excellent! My experience with the personnel, in each and every transaction, has been very positive. When I bought my motorcycle, I got quotes from several HD sources and Woodstock Harley was able to do better. The dealership is clean, the employees are professional and helpful and the prices are very competitive. What more can you ask for? Although I live on Long Island, NY, when it's time for my next Harley, I'll be purchasing it from this dealership. read more
