Going to work the next day I see a Razorback A/C truck. Called on the spot, spoke with Meagan (an actual human). Scheduled an appt for the next day. Joshua came out and broke it down for me. Replace the whole unit or band aid it and get a few more months out of it. He was able to secure a window unit for us to rent until we made a decision. We replaced the 14 year old unit.
