It's a smaller shop, so returns are not going to be as easy as a bigger operation, but I understand they don't have the volume to handle that, so be sure of what you need them to order. One thing that I would like to recommend is that they find a good ammo source to facilitate volume purchasing options to pass on discount pricing for ammunition. They do have some ammo offerings in stock, but it might allow customers to save by offering bulk pricing where they don't have to sit on the inventory. I came in expecting a professional and respectful interaction, especially from a business owner, but instead I was met with rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior. When discussing my firearm, I mentioned a price point around $350, which was immediately shut down without any real conversation. I was then told a much lower value based on a previous sale that didn't seem comparable. When I declined the offer and said I would go elsewhere, the situation escalated. The owner became hostile, raised her voice, and handled my property in a careless and disrespectful way by running outside and throwing my gun in a ditch next to the building. That level of behavior is completely unacceptable. Overall, the experience felt very unwelcoming and disrespectful. Regardless of the situation, basic professionalism and respect should be a standard in any business.

The atmosphere is great the attitude from the staff is great they are very nice, friendly and they will talk to you and joke around I wish some of the other gun shops are like that instead of making money off you and send you on your way. AAA Gun & Ammo offers a very nice indoor shooting range for the customers to come in and shoot. They do sale target ammunition's for all kinds of weapons just have to ask when you come in. They do have a men/women restroom inside of the store it's located in the middle of the store by the accessories. Over all experience is top rated and why I say this?
