We had originally purchased a used expedition in May 2020 and it was a maintenance nightmare from the moment we drove it off the lot. The sales side would only get a one star. The sales manager Mario always seemed inconvenienced when we would call about the problems we were having and always made it out to be a money issue. I told him we felt more like just another sale and not a customer that he valued and cared about. Had it not been for Jonathan in the service department it would have most likely been a huge legal ordeal. Jonathan did everything he could to try and fix the expedition. After a month of our vehicle being in the shop and several loaner cars, Jonathan helped us get into a new vehicle. We traded the expedition for a new dodge caravan and we are now very happy with our purchase. I highly recommend Jonathan and his team! Jonathan truly cares about the customer and their family!!

I'm new to Quitman and when I had a tire go flat I checked reviews online and found KD Tire. The…read moregood reviews are spot on. I pulled up to the office a few minutes after 10 AM. They had a lot of other work going on, but they had my tire patched in about 20 minutes. $18 to patch a tire is a lot cheaper than buying a new one. The people at KD Tire were friendly and the quick turnaround was even faster than I could have expected. I'll definitely do business with them again.
