Worst experience ever! They double deal so that whoever gets approved first gets the deal. This is also known as lying and cheating and reflects upon how management truly is as professions and individuals. All week my girlfriend had been in communication with the salesman. Today 9/25/21, Sat. we had an appointment at 1:45pm and sat our whole day around it. We both test drive the Dodge Durango. Bank had been called earlier that week and she knew what she could do. It was all left up to the test drive, interior and how much they would give for trade in. She sat down with salesman to await to hear from financial to only have the woman from financial to walk over and to tell us that the vehicle had just been sold! Really?? We spend a whole going through everything, set aside a whole Sat even both test drive to only have it sold out while we are going through the process?? What do you not understand about internal communication? So you start a deal with one person and just in case you don't make that sale you go ahead and offer the same deal to another? Management in all the sales area was at fault! The only person that wasn't and that truly sincere was the salesman we dealt with. The level of absurdity and lack of integrity of this dealership has no limit. After 6 months of dishonesty, theft, lack of integrity,and a failure to honor the promises of the sales department, I was sent a whopping $5 check for yet another error on their part without explanation or apology, this after they ripped me off for over 25% increase in sales price because the sales department lied and the functionaries could not send the right documents to the licensing departments. The dealership never apologized and the GM all but accused me of trying to steal from them for just trying to get the to honor their explicit commitments. Excellent experience, Chris Demoss ,gave me outstanding service, from the time I pulled in ,no back and forth etc.. I was going to purchase a truck in Dallas , Chris kept the business in East Texas , also helped me transfer my retract bed cover in the 105 heat , rolled his sleeves up and helped me out (after the sale was done btw) great sales person and also finance personnel. This five star is for Jonathan Pankrez the service manager and his team! Jonathan went above and beyond to help us. We had originally purchased a used expedition in May 2020 and it was a maintenance nightmare from the moment we drove it off the lot. The sales side would only get a one star. The sales manager Mario always seemed inconvenienced when we would call about the problems we were having and always made it out to be a money issue. I told him we felt more like just another sale and not a customer that he valued and cared about. Had it not been for Jonathan in the service department it would have most likely been a huge legal ordeal. Jonathan did everything he could to try and fix the expedition. After a month of our vehicle being in the shop and several loaner cars, Jonathan helped us get into a new vehicle. We traded the expedition for a new dodge caravan and we are now very happy with our purchase. I highly recommend Jonathan and his team! Received only OK attention from the service department. Left with problem in my antifreeze mix and an engine light on. Both within a day of the service. Decided to take elsewhere to correct the problems. They are building a bigger place, maybe better servce in the future? read more
