I especially like their free water testing service and come in with a bunch of questions about balancing chemicals in my hot tub that they are always able to answer. I purchased an Arctic Spa from Brad (R&R) in 2010. It needed a bit of service before the warranty ran out. And I needed it afterward (new flow valve, new pump, new vinyl jacket for the cover - its inserts were bone dry!).... I received excellent service, and excellent support/advice. Utilized another place in the area that fails to meet customer needs on a variety of levels. Nice people work here. They're always happy to do a free water analysis and answer newbie questions patiently and clearly. I'll always be grateful for the time when I had a situation with refilling my hot tub with "hell water" for the first time, and they came up with a creative solution to get my water back to sparkling clear in no time. They stock all the top brands of pool and hot tub chemicals, so I stock up here. The only thing I don't recommend buying is pH strips because they're about 2x what they cost on Amazon. read more

I had a new pebble pool finish installed and the instructions to how to maintain it was very overwhelming to me given that this is only my second year as a pool owner. Artic Spa control board finally went (over 15 years old) I've fixed most stuff on the hot tub myself but installing a new control unit would have taking me hours. Scott did it in 2 hours. I would buy an Artic Spa hot tub from these folks and have them service it. They are fair and it is the best luxury you can have in New England! read more

We never owned a house with a pool until last summer. Thank goodness our first call was to R&R. Every time I called with an issue, the person on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful. She got a technician out whenever we needed on-site help. And after 6 days without power when Irene hit, a technician came to help us get things running for the rest of the warm weather and later closed the pool. Last week, they helped me estimate my expenses for the year, gave me some alternatives for future improvements and walked me through the pool-opening process. So patient! Now that we're all moved in, we're going to take advantage of their "Pool School" and learn how to keep things running well ourselves. read more
