It's nice that it's so packed with variety I guess, but no one ever knows where anything specifically is when I'm asking them, and it seems like it's not very thoughtfully curated by whoever is ordering everything (some things are obviously the "good" brand of things, while others seem like they came from the Oriental Trading Company catalog.) Seems like it's designed just for browsing and impulse-buying of Le Creuset teacups rather than to service people at home actually experimenting with and (trying to!) make creative food on the reg for their families. Which is fine for what it is, but I would love to have something more thoughtful, reliable and sophisticated nearby.

We first made the Corn Chowder, which I thought tasted funny, but my husband ate it all. He was later sick that evening, but we didn't think too much of it. About a week ago, we all of a sudden started finding some type of worms crawling on the ceiling near the pantry. We could not figure out what was going on. Did Food fall somewhere and it was rotting? We pulled out our stove, our refrigerator cleaned everywhere and could not find the source. It wasn't until last night where I saw a worm looking like it was crawling out of the cabinet and we decided to look inside the bag of the black bean and corn soup. To our disgusted surprise, there were tons of worms inside the soup mix!! I attach a picture here for your review. (No option to include photo on this review) We first want to make you aware that the product is contaminated so that others can avoid the same disgusting experience and would also appreciate at the very least, reimbursement of the cost of the soup. Her son told her that the price had been scratched out so she knew which cabinet it was. I didn't even know she had a website. So her telling me I was getting one over on her is really stupid. Then she writes in her rebuttal how confused she was. She was not confused. That unit was priced in her store for $300. We offered her $200. She said she wanted to talk to her son which she did do, and I spoke to my husband to make sure he was still agreeable. She called me back and agreed to the price. I gave her the name of the unit and it's dementions. Now she's playing stupid saying she thought it was the gray one. I told her it was not a gray one and confirmed everything before I Venmod her and scheduled a pick up date. Her husband threatened me scaring the crap out of me he got right in my face and his big fat belly touched me. I told the police and they did nothing. They said it was. civil matter but then turned around and threatened to arrest me because I wanted the cabinet we paid for. telling me it wasn't mine. How was it not mine. I paid in full and made arrangements to pick it up. I sent her photos of the label and the dementions that we had taken the night before telling her as we were leaving that if it fit we'd be back the next day. So we paid for it and the police threatened me telling me to take the refund or loose the money entirely. So much for not being there for the civil part. So I left because they told me I had to. She sends me a refund and in her statement on Google she said I refused it. That never happened. And she charged me a fee for whatever. I sent her $200 she refunded me $196.50. That company did a shady thing. She told the police that I could come back anytime. Well she blocked me on Facebook. I think that's because she got an offer for that cabinet after I paid her from Facebook. where she had it for $700. I hope that the people who read this bought that cabinet for $700 and realize they got ripped off. Out of the blue she just remembered that she posted that cabinet back in March ? can't remember what she said but it was definitely along time ago. She can remember that but is confused about her in store items. And she keeps saying someone scribbled out the price. the price was $400 they scratched it out and changed it to $300. and now they are blaming their customers of trying to put one over on them. I have the whole recording of what she claims is me abusing her. We were both a little louder then we should have been. But her husband came out and physically threatened me. All on video. So Maria keep lying to make yourself look good and maybe I'll post the video and let the people decide. Your statement is so full of lies. you need to do the tight things, tell the truth. I buy most of my gifts here and also many of their bird seed items. I recently received exceptional customer service in the nursery area. I was looking for an item I had seen in the Fall. I described it to an associate and she asked another associate to assist me. Immediately after I described what I was looking for, she knew what I wanted. She had packed them up because they are technically seasonal items. She offered to go and find them for me. I was so happy that I was able purchase two of them for gifts. I thanked her profusely for her help and for going the extra mile. Thanks to all the associates at this Concord location for everything you do. Loyal customer here!
