Then on 4/8 I got a call from Lisa that now all of a sudden I don't have power to start my vehicle, they said they had to jumpstart it sooooo, they couldn't tell me this yesterday and I end up having to pay more money on the day I can hopefully pick up today. So if they had to jumpstart it this morning (parked overnight), in their garage, to finish working on it from yesterday 4/7 they must have left something on all night or a door open or ignition was on with keys inside the van. I questioned him as to how many people would be working on my car, he stated that he would be doing the job by himself. In the past I was told that 4 people were working on my car but that was not the case this time. The man took the vehicle at my request, and returned it in about 2 hours or less. The job usually takes 3 hours. I've always had a good relationship with the business, and always tipped. I just didn't feel it was worth the money this time and will be looking elsewhere.

So, I was not hesitant to purchase the Groupon when it became available. I think I paid $40. (don't quote me). After playing phone tag for a few days (my only negative), I finally made a weekday appointment (required per the Groupon fine print) for the Express Detailing (normally $95). (ps: don't expect to get a Saturday appointment right away). Dropped off my car this morning, and just picked it up. True to their name, my car has that SHOWROOM SHINE! I'd pay the $95 - it's well worth it! Groupon offered an option for mobile detailing for a bit more. If you don't want to drive over to Bermuda Rd off 70, that might be a good deal. The guys are young, but very professional and take pride in their work. I'll be going back!

When I was finally able to pick my car up, I noticed a new scratch that was not there when I had dropped it off. Management was quick to offer help and scheduled to sand and paint it a couple of weeks out from the original pick up. On my way to drop it off for the scratch repair, I got a flat tire. The management fixed the scratch and patched the tire for me, all for free. I could not say enough good things about their service and care! I recommend this shop to anyone needing collision repair work.

i can't say enough good things about all night towing…read more i had called dave about a non running 1985 alfa romeo that i wanted brought to a shop. technically on a holiday. i called and asked when and if he'd be able to help. i called at 9am, dave showed up at 11am. i was amazed. dave backed the truck up perfectly up our narrow driveway, car went right up the flat bed, secured on, strap wrapped on to keep the loose hood from flying off and off they all went. met dave at the destination, again flawlessly backed the flat bed in the perfect location to be able to just push into the shop. personable, friendly, great service, top notch guy and seems to very much care about customer satisfaction highly recommended bonus points because it was pouring rain halfway through

Sixty minutes later he showed up and got the car started but it would not hold a charge. He brought a battery "just in case" but it did not fit properly, so Dave had to go back to where he got the battery from and took the dead battery out of my Kia to make sure the new one matched. He was back an hour later and installed the new battery and all was well. Dave is terrific...one of the nicest guys you'd ever want to meet. I kidded him how we all had towing service horror stories and that would not be in my future now that I have Dave on my speed dial. He is great in every way....and a big thank you to Dave for his patience and everything he went through to get me up and going.

Don't waste your time and money here! My car was broken into and attempted to be stolen the week…read morebefore Christmas. It took Niebling a month (and a week past their original completion date) to replace my back passenger window, wiper blade control stick, and some basic steering column parts. The first excuse was their holiday hours, then it became waiting on parts and receiving faulty ones. Stacy told me in the front office that she would stay in contact during the process-I never heard from her unless I reached out. When I finally spoke to her, she never knew what was going on with my car and gave vague answers. Additionally, she was very unprofessional during one phone call, answering with a rude "hello," which made me think I had called the wrong number. She also claimed she called and left a voicemail, but I have no missed call or voicemail from her. Our phones weren't the issue because the week before, her coworker Anthony returned my call and left a voicemail that I could see, and I had no issues receiving it. In his voicemail, he said he thought his coworker had already updated me and apologized for the miscommunication. I spoke to three different people throughout this process, asking each what was wrong with my car and which parts needed to be ordered. None of them gave a clear answer, so I finally contacted my insurance, who was happy to tell me exactly what parts needed ordering and provided a copy of the estimate, which I never received from Niebling until I picked up and paid for my vehicle. Now that I have my car back, the air doesn't push through the vents properly, which was NOT an issue before. I should take my car back to Niebling for this fix, but I don't trust them, and I can't afford another rental car for another month while they fix their mistake. Niebling has only added stress during an already stressful time. I will not return, nor will I recommend anyone use their services. It's a shame because they have great reviews, are local, and have been in STL for a very long time. The only positive comment I have is that they detailed my car inside and out.
