Giving them a 4 for now... I called Friday before New Years weekend so didn't expect a call back. I called 8:15 Tuesday morn after New Years and said they would come this week. A couple of hours later, the serviceman called and said they could come now. They came and looked, a very minor repair. Said they would go back and get the matching shingle and be back to day to repair. So I was very happy about that kind of response time. I'll leave another review when they finish. UPDATE: Well, they came right back, put the new shingles up and nailed down a couple of nails they found that were backing out and were done and gone in an hour! Cost hardly anything! read more

At first glance this seems like a reasonable place. I like to give locals business when possible. After my roof was replaced I had several leaks due to their craftsmanship. Which they came out and repaired. I had another leak and figured it was this again. Had them come out. Found out the leak was with my chimney. No big deal. Except they will charge you 600$ for an hour of a guy standing on your roof running your hose onto your leak. They won't tell you it's 600$. Then Harley the front desk person will berate you and call you names and say things like "I wish I didn't have to pay my bills". Since I've had more leaks in my brand new roof in other spots. I won't dare call them again because I'll just get charged 600$ each time. I wouldn't even call them if the entire roof fell off and blew away. Avoid at all costs. read more

The team did our log cabin, quite steep roof, in three days of working literally from dawn to dusk. I attempted to schedule an estimate for roof, gutters and siding....a pretty big project. I was told they could not come out anytime in the evenings or anytime on Fridays or the weekends. I thought that was pretty generous scheduling options for a working person and a company that could make money. However, I was told they only do estimates before 4 pm on certain days of the week. They said this was because it gets dark after 4 pm. Uh, okay....more like 7 pm. Apparently, their business is so good that they are actually the customer and you should thank them for even spending their precious time getting your business. I would not waste my time unless you want to not only pay them but also treat them as the customer. read more

Called in March to get an estimate on siding our house and roof repairs. Was told it would be ~month before repairs could be scheduled but an appointment for siding estimate was made. Five minutes before appointment time they called and said they were running about an hour late. Almost two hours later, and with no phone call update the owner Dennis arrives. He apologizes and I tell him I can only give him 15minutes. He says that's fine, he will take measurements and calculate estimates and then contact me to schedule time to discuss different materials/products etc. About a month later I get a call from the scheduler saying they have an opening and can I meet a repairman that afternoon. I remind her that it is not our primary residence and I will require at least a day or two advance notice. I also inform her I have not heard back from Dennis. She looks at file and says that my info is there but can't determine why he has not contacted me, but would give him a message. It is now more than three months since my initial appointment and I have still not heard back from Dennis, nor have they called back to schedule the repairs. And if this weren't enough, they exhibited they exact same behavior when they blew me off last year or the year before. Apparently they have so much business that they can act in such a way. Some may discount this as it is my first review but you have to start somewhere and this experience was negative enough that it motivated me to join and post. read more

Called on 5 Oct 17 to schedule an estimate for a snow block on our home. Tina schedule this estimate for 24 Oct 17, 9-11am. Guess an estimate takes a long time???? 24 Oct 17 waited at the house for 3hrs and they are a NO SHOW and there was no call or email to let us know. Just didn't show up! Called the office and spoke with Tina (again) and was told the estimate needs to be rescheduled for 26 Oct 17 at 12pm. No reason, just didn't come out. If you need roofing, look around for a company that actually respects its customers and their time. From the reviews on YELP, R&R obviously doesn't respect or care about customers, or potential customers. Their time is more important than yours! Would I do business with R&R in the future.......... HELL NO!!!! read more

Installed my new roof quickly. Project Manager was very knowledgeable. Communication during the process was wonderful.

The customer service is horrible. The company does not return phone calls. Signed a contract, which the company lost. When I finally was able to speak with someone at the office, I was told Mike will call you back. Needless to say he never did and I was calling a week later trying to get a hold to of someone to find out if the company was going to install the gutters and fix the siding. Was told multilme times I would get a call back and never did. Was sent an email 2 days before they were going to install the gutters and fix the siding. The comapny did send a crew out to install the gutters and fix the siding as informed in the email. The crew was rude, ie playing loud music and did a subpar job at installing the gutters. They even used old material on the gutters. This crew also had no respect I have dogs. They left gates open so the dogs could get out. When the crew left for the day, I walked around the house picking up trash they left and looking at their work. I noticed none of the siding was fixed. I would not recommend this company! I will see if on Monday, I wi be able to get in touch with someone or just get the run around again! read more

You can not trust them in any way. I have many rentals in the area, have had roofs installed before, quite a few times. R & R is the worst on my list. Bad experience. read more
